btw such phone use a special encryption and can only contact about 10 other similar phone like that (vice pres, chief of staff, Michelle etc). such phone can only connect to a secure base station that has to be carried around all the time, in order to prevent any hacking or eavesdropping.

so believe me, i doubt Otedola wants the hassle of paying billions to the NSA to create a device for him (as if they would even accept) and then having to carry these unique base station around your phone... while it is much cheaper and easier to use a GSM phone and turn it off when conducting business.
