Yes, thanks for the advice on going traditional even though I have also been trying most of them. So far majority of them are fake, only a few of them are helping a little. Let's do it this way. All medical problems fall into one of these categories :
Physiological
Psychological
Spiritual
You said the doctors say their is nothing wrong with you physiologically.
You don't feel it's from your mind, so that rules out psychologically (at least for you).
The next step is spiritual. Either Church, mosque or native doctor.

Infrastructures he is putting in place. Improving governance and democracy in Nigeria. Equipping the Armed forces with required equipments. Being fair to all. Improving Agriculture and encouraging consumption of what we produce etc.
