The highlighted is actually their bullet point of defense for their extreme interference of privacy. With the US government, you dont have anything called "personal or private". That does not define means well for its citizens - and that sucks.

Another scam doing the rounds. A delivery company calls and asks if you are going to be in as they have a parcel for you. Within the hour a driver appears with a basket of flowers and a bottle of wine, no idea who it's from but there is going to be a card to follow. He asks for £3.40 so he can prove the delivery has been made to an adult as there is alcohol in it. He can't take cash as the transaction has to be prove able so he produces a hand held card reader. You put your card in and type the PIN and get a receipt from the machine for £3.40. A couple of days later your account has been cleaned out. Clever and affective. Unless you know who it is from beware of unexpected deliveries. I found this and i think it will be cool to share it here;

Structured data simply means how Content is organized in a Website so that it can be displayed on the search pages. Different Websites have different Content and therefore have different structure. Thus a review or a news website cannot have a same structure as of information Portal like Blogs. For example you may have seen that a restaurant or an event website is displayed in different manner in Google as compared to blogging Websites.

Therefore to have these features included in your Site, you must follow the steps I have described below.
Data Highlighter

It simply helps Google to know what sort of content is published on your site. It captures the pattern of regular Structured data on your site. You don’t have anything to do with your site HTML. Just Follow my Guide and you are done.

#1 Log in to your Webmaster account and their on the left side you have an Search Appearance tab under which there is an option of Data Highlighter. Click on that link

#2 Watch a Video (if you wish) or jump directly to Start highlighting.

#3 Insert the URL of your Site and choose any 1 from the 8 categories displayed in the Drop Down.

#4 Choose the button with “Tag this page and Others like it” option and click Ok.

#5 Only use URL which you have set as a preferred Domain in Google Webmaster(with WWW or Without), otherwise it will display an error.

Data Highlighter Structured tool

#6 After this you will get a overview about one of your site page and there you start tagging the contents of your site, The title, Author, Date, Content and other relevant things. After you had done this you will see another snap of one of your site pages and there again you have the same thing. It looks like complicated but its very simple.

#7 It will merely take 10-15 minutes and spending time on this is worth it.
Structured data Markup Helper

It is an alternative to Data Highlighter and I recommend you this only if you are an advanced user. Because you have to edit your HTML. It works in the same way as doing with it Data Highlighter. You have to tag various modules of your page and it will generate an HTML code for you with microdata markup included and that you have to put it in your site’s source code. It’s complicated and so I do not recommend this for a usual webmaster.

These tools have worked great for me and helped to improve CTR of my Website as well added a cherry on my SEO. So if you didn’t have access to these cool tools, I advice you to leap inside it and contribute for your Website additional success.

NEW TUTORIAL ON THE BEST PLUGINS TO MAKE YOUR WORDPRESS WEBSITE RESPONSIVE
Responsive means being able to view your website from different types of devices like smart phones, tablets, etc and it still looks good. I have found 3 plugins that can help you achieve that, and they are;

1. WP Mobile Detector

To quickly adapt your website with small-screen devices, there’s a simple WordPress plug-in called WP Mobile Detector, which you can download and install its free version through the WordPress official site.

The special feature of this amazing mobile-detector plugin is that unlike other plugin that target only few gadgets, WP Mobile detector supports not only 100 or even 1000, but a whopping 5,000 web-enabled cells, smartphones, iPhones, and tablets in the market.

2. WordPress Mobile Pack

This free WordPress plugin is readily available from WordPress.org site. But before you go on and download the plugin, I want you to consider its pros and cons first.

The good news is that WordPress Mobile Pack is a complete plugin that not only converts your non-mobile website into responsive website, but also gives you a full control over to you.

The domain mapping and the user agent actually detects the most popular hand-held devices before displaying the content on it. In addition to that, it includes an Elegant theme, although it comes in four different colors.

3. WordPress MobilePress

Finally, the final WordPress plugin to make your website mobile-friendly is WordPress MobilePress. The author who developed the plugin claims that the plugin only works for version up to 2.8.6, but we didn’t have any problems so far using it on the latest WordPress version.

MobilePress is a simple plugin and doesn’t try to overwhelm its users as it only provides few important options to turn your website into a responsive web design.

Here’s another interesting thing we found out about the WordPress MobilePress. It’s not only simple to use, but to test also as the plugin forces your site to switch to mobile view rather than using the actual mobile-device, and more importantly, domain mapping.

For people who have an idea on codes i found another tutorial that might benefit you so instead of using plugins, you can do it the rugged way;

If you are new to web programming, a little tool named ‘Element Inspector’ may help you a lot to find the right layers you have to modify. All modern browsers should have it. Mozilla Firefox have had it since v10.0, Internet Explorer since v9. If we have to recommend, we will choose Opera or Google Chrome. To create a responsive design, you just need to modify only one file, style.css.

Firstly, put this code at the very end of your style.css:
1 @media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
2 }

This code is a conditional styling code which will tell the browser that if the screen size is less or equal than 480px, it should do all the styling parameters set in between the brackets. 480px is the maximum screen size of smartphones that exist in the market.

For tablets, you can use 959px. The conditional code will be:

For the sake of simplicity, we will only discuss responsive design for smartphone at this tutorial. Once you master this, creating a responsive design for tablets will be just as easy.

wordpress is not difficult to install, but if you find it hard you can make use of third party installers inside your cpanel like quickinstall or softaculous.
Wordpress is used by many because of its extensive documentation and thousands of plugins that can help you turn your site into anything you want if used well. Same applies with joomla. Its just a matter of personal preference.

If you dont know how to code, you have to learn if not everything, at least the basics. First thing learn is html and later you go into php. You should understand header, body, footer sections of websites as this will help you do customizations when using wordpress. You can learn basic html from www.w3schools.com

HOW TO CREATE A SIDEBAR AD IMAGE THAT LINKS TO ANOTHER SECTION OF YOUR WEBSITE (for newbies)

1. Click on widget in the dashboard under the "Appearance" menu.

2. Drag the "plain text/html widget" to the sidebar box.

3. Go to the "Media" menu and select the photo you uploaded (make sure its within the size of 300x250 pixels. Copy the image link url (which should be like this: http://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/images.jpg) - see pic below.

4. Use this code;

 <a href="http://mysite.com"><img src="http://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/images.jpg"></a>

the http://mysite.com is your website link OR you can put http://mysite.com/page which is the link to a page in your site. Also, the image url you copied from the "media Library" should be placed where the other http:// link is.

5. Copy the code in your widget textbox and save.....thats it! When someone clicks on the image on your sidebar, it re-directs them to the page you want them to visit. GBAM!!

When using wordpress, you always download good looking themes which you have to customize. And since most of the themes are free, you always encounter the problem of "linkbacks" or certain ads at the bottom of the site and most times these look annoying and "unprofessional". What do you do? Yes, you can edit or "customize" that part. All you have to do is go to the "editor" menu on the left of your dashboard, click and look for "footer.php" on the right and edit. I just discovered that A2W has done a whole lot of re-packaging. From the website down to their products and sign-up process. It seems someone gave them some advice and they realized they were heading for doom if they had continued with the way they operated when they first started. But i hope they have stopped all the lies, cos when i logged in i didnt see traces of the lies. I hope they've re-structured for good, so they become a good company to work with someday. grin

Based on your comment, firstly, I dont have much time or better still I have not decided to open social media account for them for now.

Secondly, I know the navigation may not have been well written, but the bottom line is the front end look and feel of the site. If I had done it differently, it may be difficult to achieve what it is.

Thirdly, I have done a little modification of the navigation so you dont have to hover the text but just the div to link to the respective page.

As for inline styling, they are some how unavoidable.
