The pot calling the kettle black. The United States commenting on the human rights record of Nigeria, that is such a huge joke. Hello - "Gitmo" |
Mr Kasaliyaro, I wish you all the best. I don't know if you are Hausa, Ibo or Yoruba but the Yorubas have something called MAGUN. Go figure. |
I will not send my kids to a boarding school. Kids are being abused sexually, mentally and physically in some of these boarding schools. I owe my kids that duty not to expose them to such unnecessary dangers. |
Readers digest is a perfect reading material. That will sure help you with spelling. Avoid soft sell magazines because some of their spellings are "street spellings" which are not necessarily correct. |
Run, run, run to a far away land. You don't need to be with somebody who does not have the same sexual orientation as you. Run. |
Why not? Baby mama drama or baby daddy drama makes the world go round. Let's keep making babies. |
Haba Alhaji Kasaliyaro, wetin be your problem? I honestly hope you are not doing this or contemplating doing it. Marriage is a sacred thing. Stay away from married women so you do not incur the wrath of God. There are tons of girls out there. Why try to hook up with a married woman? If your excuse for hooking up with her is because she is having problems @ home, if you guys get together and you have problems just like married couples do, she will probably try to hook up with somebody else. How would you like that? What goes around comes around. You better believe dat. Also your reference to the husband "neglecting" or "physically abusing" the wife is none of your business? Refer her to counselors that can help them.Stay out of their home and their issues. Are you interested in helping her fix her problems or are you just trying to satisfy your selfish wants? How do you think your relationship with her will affect her relationship with her husband if the husband finds out about your illicit and despicable relationship. She's probably not even trying hard enough to save her marriage because of you( my loverman) Can't wait to hear more flimsy reasons why you are doing this or contemplating doing it? |
This is a sad development. It is even more depressing to see this happening to Nigeria at this point in our history. Whereas, all the nations of the world are moving in the direction of upholding the rule of law and establishing enduring institutions that will guarantee a future for the coming generation, Nigeria, with OBJ at the helms of affairs in conjunction with his kleptomaniac cohorts, is leading in the exact opposite of where the civilized world is going. Rather create an atmosphere that will preserve the values of democracy, they are busy working on institutionalizing kleptocracy. Obasanjo and his gang of sycophants have murdered sleep. They will not sleep, walahi. |
My phone is also a nuisance because I have dropped it so many times that its an eyesore right now. Everytime it drops, which is like every hour, the battery pops right out. I guess that explains why I don't make so many calls on it because I have to hide it most of the time. One of the brackets broke the other day and the other is about to break. The annoying thing is that it cost me an arm and a leg. |
My phone is a nuisance. I hardly get calls or call anybody on it. My carrier( Sprint) also sucks but I was entrapped into a 2 year contract. However, I don't think I can do without one. |
My bad. The song is titled, "It's hard out here for a love-vendor" Sorry. |
Congratulations to 36 Mafia for making history. However, that song ( Hot out here for a love-vendor) is lame. The movie ( Hustle & Flow) is disgusting. |
The problem is not peculiar to the embassy in Spain. I had a similar experience at the embassy in New York a few years ago. There is no sense of urgency or any form of customer service. They were jisting away behind their desk and snacking on "epa and guguru" while we waited for 3 hours to renew our passports. It is unreal. |
50 got ryhme. Ja don't have it like dat. |
If she is good enough to play for England, I am pretty sure she can vie for a shirt with the Falcons. I hope she is given a chance to do so. |
May his wish come true. Quickly. |
@ Akolawole, your reference to our "success" in Egypt confounds me. Bronze for Nigeria with all the fire power we have is no success as far as I'm concerned. |
Way to go. That's a start. They will move towards the mainstream jersey design with time. I commend them for taking this big step. |
Common now, please leave IBB out of this. He is the worst thing that has happened to Nigeria. If IBB gets the key to Aso rock, I will apply for a Sudanese passport. |
Soyinka is credible. He believes in the rule of law. He is an advocate for democracy. He is intelligent and would surround himself with intelligent people. He is well travelled and knows what the basic minimum standard of living is around the world and I know he will strive to improve the lot of the average Nigerian. Nigerians, please get rid of OBJ. Crown the Prof. QED. |
To all OBJ lovers, please tell your man to go after 2 terms. I think he has done his bit. Let someone else do it. What if he drops dead today, are we going to pack up and move to Ghana? Please give me a break, there are people that can do better than OBJ. OBJ dey fight corruption, I beg leave story. His # 2 man na one of the greatest political robbers we have ever had in Nigeria. Why is EFCC not going after him. Don't tell me OBJ no know say Atiku na thief. |
Yeah, both dogs are dangerous. The pitbull is butt ugly too. I'll never own a pitbull for that reason. |
@ Akolawole Like I said earlier on, I have no problems with your assessment of Amo. However, I still don't recall any specific incident that calls his moral rectitude to question. I don't mean to be a pain, I just want to be updated. |
BS, black history should be celebrated everyday. Black history month is the white man's way of perpetuating the evil they have done and continue to do against all minorities. It's a shame. I refused to be drawn into any celebration. Pls don't roll out any drums. Young black men and women continue to languish in jails all over the world. Give me a break. |
It was heart warming to see Federer go down finally to Nadal. I stopped watching tennis tournaments that Federer plays in because you can almost always predict the outcome. Does this spell the end for Federer. NO. He is one of the most complete tennis players to ever play the game. He is going to come back swinging and he'll probably defeat Nadal the next time they play. However, his defeat is a confidence booster for other players who already feel defeated before they even hit their first volley. Big ups to Nadal. Any news on any upcoming Nigerian tennis star? |
@ ayoolanr Common bro, do you get your kick from jumping on people? Give the dude(reniks) a break. You know are the cyber cafes in Nigeria are. Nairaland is a fun place, let's keep it that way. |
@ Akolawole I agree with you 100% about his moral bankruptcy ( I don't recall any specific incident that brings his morality to question though - update me please) He gat skillzz. That's all I'm saying. |
