Nawo oh..this kind of biz was done before and i dont think if you guys really understand what @op mean or i am the one that did not understand? that's a kind of biz i do before when i was operating a phone call center.
the fact is, i dont see that as a business coz. People who you're buying such card from are those people whom someone send the card to and instead of recharging it they prefer selling it to most at time phone call center operators. Remember you dont get that opportunity everyday.infact is, those that operate phone call center are those who enjox this kind of biz. Also, people dont exchange recharge card for money any more,coz witih the introduction of internet transfer,atm transfer and mobile money transfer. People prefer using any of the above to send money to their love one's. I may be mistaken sha..but if i do, then @op should respond

firstly. @Op did not mention the conditions of those laptop and bb he listed. Yes it maybe true that @op did not really know the different between WCMDA AND GSM BLACKBERRY PHONE. used laptop and used blackberry business is not a kind of business you can just venture into just because someone you met on net feed you with any how info.the business is not for everyone coz there is alot to put in order before get started.
you need to think of shipping,
you need to think of where to get them buy,
you need to think of payment means.
also, it need huge capital if you really want to make good profit out of it coz, the supplier that will be supplyin to you need to buy in quantity and most of them have a maximum purchase quantity and only buying in quantity guarantee you profit. So to start this business you need not less than 100k at minimum for laptops or 50k for bb.

alternative. You can also start the business locally and later upgrade to importation. Locally mean you buy from importer here in nigeria and resell for profit.that's how i start.

Did you think ie they allow to go for that of ebay can you get access it ? NO..you can only view it and leave it coz,you dont have paypal account to pay for it and also the seller may not ship to nigeria. Forget them mentioning workdwide shipping once u mention nigeria they will the transaction or some time they will tell you they ship worldwide but to only paypal verify address.i"m a constant buyer from ebay i know how dificul to buy from ebay.

^ you are not opening any account in USA. You are only claiming USA in order to make lot of sales. Fiverr are not issuer of the card,rather the work inconjuction with third party and the third party are the issuer of the revenue card. Now, w.hen applying for the card, you are advice to use your real identity as that will not cause any problem coz fiverr will not even aware of it. So when you use your real id the card will be ship to you here in nigeria and you will use it for withdraw thru any atm machine with mastercard logo..

you guys are taking it far..nairaland banned people even without posting link. I've being banned so many time without any reason.
