BankyGee: Lookman-Osimhen is bae. The synergy màddd. Dessers is good too sha, but e get some shots wey Osimhen for don use turn Zigi to footballing Ruger wey Dessers take lightly. I'm sure he'll improve on this performance tho. Want to see him again against Mali.
Ademola Lookman is just so magical 😇 Those tame shots were his undoing. But he dragged defenders away many times, opening up space for Nacho and Iwobi. Iwobi is the most unselfish Footballer in the national team. Undisputed. |

AkinDS: After watching the match finally, I think yall are being harsh. Both Ghanaian goals were superb strikes, which would have been difficult for ANY U20 keeper to have stopped. I cannot blame either Omilana nor Anderline for conceding those goals.
Give those young ladies a break. Omilana kept 3 clean sheets before the Ghana goal. I thought she did very well throughout the tournament. Obviously, both young ladies (Omilana and Anderline) have some ways to go before becoming World Class. Yall need to cut them some slack! I disagree. That was a lazy reaction from omilana. Prior to that goal, the way she was doing like she was armless was annoying, plus her time wasting antics at 25mins. Who does that? This was a final for heaven's sake. I'm a fan of hers prior to that. I won't say those criticizing her were harsh. That ball went over her head without any sensible effort from her. She is majorly to blame for that. No harsh criticism whatsoever. Lazy goalkeeping was the Omilana highlight throughout that game. I can overlook Anderline's own. But not Omilana's. Which break? So she go dey reason Falcons shirt very soon without any considerable improvement after 3yrs? Naaah!! She needs to step up and get serious with that career or just turn to outfield player since she feels her hands are not for goalkeeping. |

How will we rank these 9s now? Still want a Boniface 90mins. Dessers showed what he can do though decent overall. He and Nacho fit develop better telepathy while we leave Lookman and Osimhen to continue theirs. Abi Lookman prefer Nacho ni? |

We've reached that junction where we have to gather and chant pack and go to these miserable clowns disguising as coaches every year. They're wasting brain, brawns and talent with their archaic and zero upgrade mode. They should all get out. |

COOL10: I was like: What's this nonsense? In a televised game for that matter?
I would understand, if they were trying to prevent the Ghanaians from touching their nets, but when they're the ones doing the touching, it just looks so awkward to me.
Upon all the touching, they're still losing. Shows where their priorities lie. Same mentality is what is making them feel oyinbo is special simply because the jazz used against oyinbo no work. Time they for dey use dey give their all to win. Smh. Na dem sabi. Only take away from this was their ground passes. End product and shot accuracy was terrible. Congratulations to Ghana |

COOL10: What's this current trend of female African footballers touching the goal nets of their opponents? It's so despicable to watch, especially when it's being done by the Nigerian players.
We're too superstitious in this continent. Shows the juju vibes exists and is real. And it is annoying that it is happening a cadet stage. Stage of development. Despicable sight. |

Deltamani: Mgechi Anderline was good the past 2 to 3 Seasons in the NWPL, as she started playing for the Falconet, she seems to be carried away..! Can’t believe she’s that goalkeeper I and Futball Galore once talked about been good enough for the National Team..! Olowookere and Danjuma Joins Bosso as useless National team coaches. No improvement. Just vibes and clown levels. All prove they're really connected. |

Deltamani: After all the Hype😂
Is high time we sort after the few Foreign Born goalkeepers available for the U20 cause this once ain’t doing any shit… Chiamaka Nnadozie, Alaba Jonathan and Tochukwu Oluehi were way better than this trash during their U20 days! You'll look at her and wonder if she ever went to any world cup. Abysmal. At this rate Jiwuaku go first her smell Falcons cap |

PDPGuy: Paris will be a different kettle of fish as the competition would be way more elite than whatever we have seen in Accra. I expect Team Nigeria to win medals, but I doubt we would win up to even 15 medals in Paris.
With regard to swimming, I’m encouraged by our athletes that won medals in the event in Accra, and I hope the swimming federation and sports ministry will build on this foundation and, hopefully, propel our swimmers to become genuine medal contenders at the 2028 Olympics They'll get closer. More solid figures in special fields should do the trick. More of the ladies than men anyway |

chrisooblog: 30 ke? na Olympic be this o.
Realistically Tobi Amusan, Ese Brume, 4x100/4x400 relays, and the female wrestlers are our best medal chances.
If the Super Falcons qualify for the Olympics I give them an outside chance of medaling. our last haul was how many sef? 2 from 60 athletes. Athletics and Wrestling gave us 17 podium finishes at Commonwealth recently. 30medals will not be overreaching imo. Blessing and Odunayo will get a podium finish this time. |

PDPGuy: Not related to footie, but Nigeria is only one medal away from becoming the first country to achieve 300 medals in the Athletics event of the Africa Games.. They'll cross it sef. But the least expected of them at Paris in all games is 30medals. They better cross that aspect. I know weightlifting and wrestling will give us a good start. Sad that we have swimming potential in this country(SS region)but we allowing SA school trained kids to be packing the medals in that category. |

Calhanoglu of Inter is a baller. They're using ATM for training. Off the ball press is heavier than Porto abeg. Weakness is that dimarco wing. Overlap. Plus ATM are wasteful. Thus game is open. |

Jodera: Lol... Immediately Taremi entered, their attack just solemnly died Personally, the win has overshadowed the immense work our backline did for 2hrs of football. This is the kind of nights that even if upfront play is abysmal, the defense holds firm. To reward such lockup, we need shore up that attack. We can't be handicapped cos Saka is ghosting or cos Trossard is lost in the setup. |
