That statement is quite untrue. There are players but there are no scouts and they most probably dont play in the leagues. Ask NFF what they did with the money FIFA gave them. Scouting and development they will not do, but look for ready made material who don't know what it feels like to lose in Naija shirt. No matter what we feel about okocha and I too have my reservations about him but he’s still our second top scorer in Afcon after Yekini. As a midfielder that’s massive and I think he will continue to have a shot in our best 11 ever until we see another midfielder overwhelming better.
