But she's not an introvert on Twitter. She has commented on virtually every single post about the Super Falcons.
As she's on her phone now😅

Why she just dey to herself and her phone in almost all the clips I've seen from that dressing room?

BTW, the Super Falcons will receive $1 million (N1.5 billion) as prize money
Actually, nff don cut the cake prior to now. Only $330k will land in the players hands asides the owed bonuses and allowances. 670k to NFF coffees for their unimaginable non-sporty pleasures.

As of today, we are hearing they want to pay the 330k in naira and not dollars. NFF and controversy are Siamese twins. That body dey behave like bureau de change. Once money don pop up, they display unsportsmanlike xtics. 😂

She’s 28 year old
Where has she been since sad
Her emergence is even due to an emergency in the USA regarding the Super Falcons. If not for that, we for no sabi am or she no go take Wafcon with such performance.

I think Ashleigh might be one. Not sure, but something tells me so.
Since 2022 she's barely stood over our short freekicks when she's in the lineup sha. Will be great to see what she can do if she's that good.

Post match press conference.

Jorge Vilda blames referee for Morocco's loss. He said that the only team that was above them in the tournament was Zambia.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1xJCjxu6-M?si=Wp2hJLBC6or1CVtu
This one no sabi better press conference. Madugu even better pass him for this conference level by far. Make he return go spain by ferry. Na 1hr at least. The former Moroccan manager still sabi talk pass am. Lol

Zambia ke? Two player zambia? What of Ghana that showed tact and physical against his team? 😂

He sabi read game sha. But his chochocho na G10.

But Ermmichi kon freeze like Haier Thermocool freezer for all our goals. Wetin do am this time?

Esther Okoronkwo really knows how to float in fantastic balls
She showed us this part of her game in the tournament
Where was this input at the Olympics or World Cup 2 years ago
That Chebbak girl too na baller o
God just dey answer my prayer for setpieces. Next is our female Ororo for freekicks

Don't rule out Ghizlane Chebbak
From our side those are the 3. Chebbak will need to work harder to be convincing over those 3.

The referee got most calls right but I’d have preferred that woman with afro from Botswana
Yeahhh. That one no dey look face. You tackle you get yellow. You misbehave, you go see. If pk dey she give pr check. After her the fair lady that officiated the 3rd place match are top 2. I wonder what happened to Salmanatu of 2022.

We will finish every average team if they infuse tiki taka into their game
We’d be able to play dynamic football
Whether it be physical, technical short passes or aerial balls
Multiple tools in their arsenal
We’d be complete
Sadly, average team no dey world cup level. What Jspn alone dey do teams ehn😂

If we stopped at Quarters last time out, we need to strive to match that this time. Meaning the right boxes must be ticked. Especially tactically preparation for potential opponents style of play.
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 12:37am On Jul 27, 2025
The officiating was balanced. There's a reason i say it was opposite of the 2022 one. Like they cancel pk for us? Omo. That wouldn't have happened in the 2022 semifinal vs Morocco. Lol.

Hope you know Chebbak also has a shoutout for Player of the Tournament
We knew she was a candidate as at semifinal levels. She dropped a goal but was outshone by Esther who gave 3G/A in a final. Esther and Ajibade wey also candidates as well. Ajibade via accumulated POTM and Esther via her GA contributions.

I no understand why my FRANNY no play one single match, ahbi weytin we do Madugu bayi

Glad my sweet Doc was taking Charges of things,

Nice play to win that free kick for the third goal my sweet Mich 💕💕💕💕
Franny played but was injured after the zambian game. You didn't see her in the trophy parade with pop on her leg? I wished chioma got at least 2 mins as part of time wasting sub. But 0 mins so far.

Sikiratu Isah knew the Assignment. Any ball come close, budeh out

That man na long ball merchant
Madugu came to win with long balls grin
Can’t work against USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia, European teams
It will be pure bliss if we can at least pass sleek passes like Ghana. No, those girls sabi pass. E dey dia body even if they're not as talented.

Madugu’s game style will not work for European teams
We should start getting ready for that discussion cos it needs to be had if we really want progress at the World Cup. For now, we bask in his remontada record and mission X accomplished.

SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 11:49pm On Jul 26, 2025
Omo how did they discountenanace 3 goals and 8 assists just laidat? 🥶🥶🥶

APOTY candidates should be Nnadozie, Esther and Ajibade.

E kon be like we didn't really need Oshoala here. Just a goal.

I have to track back and say that like SA, this team will need to undergo some major rebuilding process. Some players should not even smell the Women's World cup as retirement showdown. Some will but that should be their last contributions to Super Falcons, and bow out honorably.

We still need to invest in tactical input irrespective of tonight's outcome. We won the mental battle in this game and it helped us gaan. Kudos to everyone involved in Mission X.

I no go lie, make Motsepe allow them win one o. 3 consecutive hosting no be beans. 😂😂😂😂

Esther Okoronkwo is a set-piece specialist
My prayers from the 2022 wafcon came alive in Esther. For the long set pieces.

I don knee dan beg God to give us who go dey bury short set piece as e be like the Corner kick don see ijamilusi already.

Esther having a hand in 90% of our goals in this tournament should have earned her the MVP IMO sha.
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 11:06pm On Jul 26, 2025
Congratulations to our Ladies. What a turn around. The subs made the difference.

Mission X accomplished!!

That 1st half should be deleted from history abeg. Chai.

The 2 goals equalizer removed the entire hope the moroccans have and mental battle changed from that point on.

Var really came through as well. Lucky that Demh6was removing her hand before ball met it. Else,.....
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 10:36pm On Jul 26, 2025

SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 10:24pm On Jul 26, 2025
Ijamilusi has done enough for me personally for her debut wafcon. Without her, we won't have these 2 crucial PKs.

Funny enough, if it was 2022, they wouldn't call her 2 PKs o.
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 9:51pm On Jul 26, 2025
This is an exposure of the group stage approach. It's been there all along. The shooting, the passing, the tactics. We had to scrap a win vs SA to get here. This is embarrassing mehn.

Normally when person dey observe something, typical Naija reaction na to label one haterz or naysayers, to say one is overreacting.

These ladies reached here by their own grit to succeed. No tactical input from this coach abeg. It Is supper obvious. At least we saw the defensive input of Randy. We saw structure.

SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 9:32pm On Jul 26, 2025
Ghana helped anyone with evidence that this moroccan side are terrible at the back. Did the coaching crew study they're game cos it is evident the Moroccan team studied our clips welllll wellll. They're exploiting weaknesses many of us on here have raised as concerning.

We however are still playing long balls and rubbish outcomes
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 9:30pm On Jul 26, 2025
We are literally helping the Moroccans at this point. They don't need to do much. Just pressure our fullbacks and continue from there. This is humiliation and rightly so. They're not playing like this is some final. They're not balling like they have scores to settle with a side that were favored over us in 2022. They're not playing like there's a Moroccan net to put the ball in. 🤦🏽‍♂️

In-game reading and Local coach na west and east. Person no go wan conclude but they make it hard for one to doubt such a conclusion. See how flat the middle is right now. Nobody is dropping to receive passws hence we are forced to use Plumptre and Alozie as push-forwards. Else ball no go progress. 🤦🏽‍♂️

The Moroccan coach is actively reading the game and adjusting his approach. He seem to have communicated that we aren't utilizing the ball so they should keep using the wings.
