Christianity Etc › Re: How The Enemy Makes You Reject The Finished Work Of Jesus Christ On The Cross by daveP(m): 2:59pm On Nov 11, 2018
alBHAGDADI:
You are a candidate of heaven because you believed in Jesus Christ as your saviour who died for your sins.

Your case is no different from that thief on the cross who begged Jesus to remember him when he gets to his kingdom. He was a thief like you who was getting killed for his sins. While he believed in Jesus, the other thief rejected and even mocked Jesus. He got saved while the other got condemned.

Do you think it is in your best interest to become an armed robber after accepting Jesus? Ask those in maximum prison what they are facing. Most of them don't even know what an Android phone is; they don't know what Instagram and Facebook are. They are regretting their actions. Don't you think the life of an armed robber will make you end up like them? Is that what you want? If you get killed as an armed robber who believed in Jesus, you will make heaven. If you get sentenced to prison, you will still make heaven. afterwards, but you will regret a lot in prison. where you won't have freedom. That is why as Christians, we should avoid sin.
hahahahahahaha

Lord have Mercy. Shame unto you Devil!!! (not you)

You just gave yourself away in this subtle reply.

Fallacy you've been saying.

You are Tryna justify sin while here on earth. What a scam. Now I wonder how many peeps have seen this today and have been misled by your fallacious stance about sin and eternity.

The blind leads the blind.

Allllll shall have their part in the lake of fire....

rules like?
Prize for winners

TV Rights

Cost of competition majorly from the travelling.

I'm happy at the new change of period of the competition. But the new Matchdays I'm not comfy with.

Lastly, the competition seems to tingle North African teams, and I dunno if it's cos of the cult following they have naturally for football. But CAF needs to try hard to make this competition something an average African wants to belong to even in roadside arguments and the likes.

Besides, hyping players that make the competition interesting too.

Time for CAF to modify lots of rules in this competition just to make it better than the last edition.

Wow. Pinnick is on a rush now of making wrong choices. How can the coach not select stadium. He is the one in charge of delivering results and his knowledge of delivering results is far superior to those who feel they have the right to choose stadium. Mr. Pinnick, if you know too much, please, why not take over the coaching job.
His last 4 press statements have just been opening can of worms that He managed to hide from our VAR.

We can be religiously stupid in this country.

So a slap on the wrist is punishment for someone who was caught with his hands in the cookie jar?

How does this serve as a deterrent to others interested in practicing the despicable act of bribe taking in the future?

Which kind country be this self?
I can't believe Pinnick just justified kwaruption using the Holy Bible!!! Dayummmm.

Should I hope he will still lead us to the promised land with such a disgraceful statement?

The bribe is so cheap sef.

Trump even removed his friend as Attorney or so for kwaruption. And here this one is once again proving that he is a pillar of kwaruption. SMH.

Once again, this proves that Rohr is not in control of this SE. He is just the handler.

Rohr wasn't even given a chance to speak about his return? Okay. Are you seeing what I'm seeing while I was seeing the seesaw that you saw why I saw?

hi bro, how you doing hope all is well,

I take exception to your comments
you can pass your points without jabs, or insult,
you won't want the thread to explode, one love bro
I don take lightly you your comment about Nacho staying at Man City. Cmon, nationalism asides, Pep didn't want that guy and even Pelegrini spoke about it to the press. Why are you tryna make this more like the Bermuda triangle pls?

If Messi isn't wanted at Barça, wait, lemme even use one that happened. Ronaldinho was so good yethe wasnt needed at Barça again. Point is, it happens to even the best of the best. So if development is a key factor to any player that isn't seeing playing time, then the move was the right call cos he wasn't seeing time at the Etihad.

I'm sure if he stayed behind, you'd also try En vilify him for benchwarming.

Once not needed, you don't need voice of Sango or Thor to make you hear that loud and clear.

And if your emphasis is on playing time, plslook at his stats for this new season.

Romance › Re: Does Clubbing Makes Someone A Bad Person? by daveP(m): 8:38pm On Nov 07, 2018
It's slowly becoming sin to many to simply quote verbatim from God's Word and follow up these days to matters it addresses. It's been stigmatized to mean "Judging" And funny enough the same God's word is used to justify acts the same God's word openly and outrightly condemns. smh. God's word isn't for confusion, so who is wrong here?

No one of us on this side of the argument are saying we are holy holy or righteous than anybody. The Word has spoken and yet we keep getting lashed like we are saying we are righteous.

AZeD1:
Dancing is not a sin and YES a whole lot of people go to clubs to dance.
Drinks are very expensive in clubs that's why people drink in bars before they go clubbing(I have been to clubs in 4 different continents and this happened).

Also, everything that happens in a club happens in a house so if clubbing is a sin then having a house is a sin unless your own brand of Christianity classifies sin based on the location it happens.
Thanks alot for your time. Seems we can't really have a honeys conversation here. I really appreciate.
Romance › Re: Does Clubbing Makes Someone A Bad Person? by daveP(m): 8:22pm On Nov 07, 2018
Still on intent here, Lot and his family were in Sodom and Gomorrah where different kinds of stuff like seen in the club were done(I know it's way too high a comparism, but we know similar stuff do happen in both)

Lot and his family tried hard to ensure there was no influence in the midst of these people that made God to send angels to burn the city.

But Lot could only try cos influence had gotten to both his wife and his daughters. Lot must have been a very pious and strong hearted fellow to not allow such acts influence him.

So unless you're like Lot, you'll just turn out the way his wife and kids turned out if you go clubbing often.

The Bible that most of you are quoting also said Avoid all similarities of evil or sin.

How about not Conforming to the world.
Question is Salt should maintain it status as salt and not mingle with any other flavour that would tarnish it's taste.

Some are giving the devil a chance to tempt them right in his own domain. Hey, Jesus was in his own fasting and praying domain when Devil came to tempt him and he won. So follow your Saviour's steps.

Comments I'm seeing are really showing that He is just Saviour to them, and not yet Lord and Master!!!!

AZeD1:
Bros stop deceiving yourself. I have seen people go to church to because of girls. Heck in my days in the uni, boys used to go to churches were first timers are given food during the broke periods.

As for intent in club, [b]Lots of people go to clubs to Dance[\b] and nothing in the bible condemns dancing.

Like someone said earlier, people like you would have crucified Jesus for hanging out with a prostitute and you would have justified it with "What does a righteous man want with a prostitute"?
You were fast to attack the boldened but didn't you see in my next paragraph the part I acknowledged the fact that people go to church for different reasons as well?

Haba na. Don't be like this.

Im still on the mindset that Christ came for sinners, he associated with them but didn't do the things they do. Don't use our very Savior to justify Iniquity and sinful acts. That's the line there.

As for your boldened, do you think I'm a fool that would swallow that hook line and sinker? Lol Nice try there.

You rather should stop deceiving yourself, and seek the truth and act on it.

Your first paragraph about First timers is common everywhere and we know it's being abused so that's not relevant to the club going issue here.
