Haba na....

What is ironic is that to try and maintain the class that you're used to be seen as, you also must not fall hand. so you must give better gifts that would make many give back in return as well wishing. knowing fully well that th circle is kept intact.

Was he part of the team that played Arsenal at the Europa league?
Yeah. Came on as a sub. He went deep as though he wasn't the 9. But in some moments of concentration loss, his first touch was a hard header that miss the post by a few inches. Touched the ball several other times inside the 18,and couldn't be dispossessed.

If Kalinic is striking for Croatia Vs Nigeria, our defenders gats be aware. cos the guy have a very crafty positioning.

I've watched couple of games of him in Milan Jersey and I must twale for him in that regard. Not to lethal, but good positioning.

I have been dropping newsbits and rumors about this possible move and I tell you I want it to happen.... cheesy Ndidi to Liverpool is a real possibility if they can match Leicester's asking price or reach a compromise in their bargain.

And yes Sir Tbaba, yes... Leicester should demand a Huge price... He won't and shouldn't come cheap for Liverpool. Infact, Ndidi should cost more than Naby Keita. Anything less than £50million is not good enough... Ndidi is worth that and above. Think 65-75 million sef. He could be Africa's most expensive player possibly but time will tell.
Im glad that this news is coming just a few days after I talked about his evaluation.

With this hype of prices of current crop of players, Ndidi will definitely pulled more than 50m.

Barça may not be far off, but I know his passes would have improved before he clocks 25!!!

Unless Liberia pulls an Istanbul, I doubt he can see a better chance for the young boy's career with the national team.

Liberia would need to fight hard to see glory in years to come in football.

Here we go again with the hate talk...
Somebody can't criticize or air his honest opinion about a player on a public forum without being tagged an hater?

Oh please grow up...
whats fair about criticisms that disregards facts that are seen with the eyes? pls school me

what sort of criticism that doesn't just wanna respect efforts that are made individually without Tryna bring down someone?

I should grow up, sure I do every day. But the good Lord knows that all who hating on Ndidi are just true haters that have no valid point or reason for hating other than that he is just a Nigerian.

that's the reason some peeps bring up stupid comparisons like Modric Vs Onazi just to bring down his hardworking that the world whole, except Nigerian critics, are now applauding him for.

What is that called?

Grow up please.

Does he need to play a game Vs Busquets before he can be classed?

He played against the same guy that the whole Epl were making to look like a god(a black for that matter), and he bested him all round.

pls what's the criticisms that is very valid about the fact that is better than Kante, and several others across Europe's top 5 leagues?

You told me to grow up, please do grow up geometrically. I'll take up growing arithmetrically.

criticisms my foot. What are they even criticising sef?

what? what are they criticising for God's sake?

Grow up please.

Perhaps yesternight's performance will shut you lots up till after the world cup.

He bested Kante in all ramifications of the same position and to a flawless level that now, the world is now screaming his hype.

Continue to hate on your own o.

He lost to a better team that cos of him, game was dragged to extra time.

TheSuperNerd:
I think it is clear that Kelechi has this same drive to be better at different parts of his game judging by how much he has grown despite little game time when still coming back from that injury and trying to settle into the Leicester side. On the training ground, Kelechi is a beast and puts in the hardwork and time to keep getting better. Even Pep said same thing when the rumors of Kelechi's possible departure to leicester with a buy back clause were becoming strong.

Or do you actually think Kelechi was just allowed to take that freekick against Argentina as an instinctual decision from Mikel and Rohr. No way that is so.... Kelechi had obviously been hitting those freekicks in training and scoring from them too. This is why he was the obvious choice against Argentina. Believe me, that freekick goal was not the first time Iwobi, Mikel and the other Super Eagles regulars were seeing Kelechi score. He had done so in training obviously and he is still pushing to be much better at it.

On Simon Moses, he too can hit a good freekick. Against Swaziland he showed that "twice". In the first leg he hit the post in a 0-0 draw and in Nigeria, he scored in the second leg for a 2-0 win.

I think we should not focus on having just Kelechi as our freekick taker. It is even better to have more than two set-piece kings on the team. Look at Argentina for instance, they have Messi, Dybala, Banega, and even Aguero who can all hit a good freekick. Ofcos Messi is the most unreal of them all. The King himself. angry

But therein lies my point, we need not just Kelechi but Simon Moses to be growing better at this freekick thing. It enhances again the different ways in which we can hurt opponents and win a game. Also consider that Kelechi is predominantly left footed. Simon being more right footed (even tho can use both feet) will provide another fine angle to free kicks...

One thing I can assure you is that the drive to be the best and keep getting better is there.... maybe not at the highest for all just yet but I see this passionate drive to keep improving in the likes of Ndidi, Kelechi, Awaziem, Ebuehi, Aina and a couple more. Our players are ambitious. That I can assure you.
Exactly my point. I know KC does those stuff. But I want it to be the entire team. it's more joy seeing the Cavani, Neymar, Alves ish happening at every free kick, setpiece than one person just bossing it always.

They should see the need for more practice. The goal scored against Cameroun from corner kick showed they've been practicing dummies on that aspect. let the fire keep burning.

Things I'd love Rohr to work on:
The Barca/City defensive style/pattern, work more when you're not with the ball (quick closing marking) which is more about the DMs and the defenders. Our DMs should not be too adventurous in as much as they want to show their talent, they should only go when theres cover (the reason I have never subscribed to Onazi-Ndidi combo as our double 4).

We know we have pace but we've never mastered the science in it over the years, our players just run like Bolt then resort to passing back - never adventurous in taking on opposition players.

Our players should be put on crossing practice drill; I mean all. Sad but true only S. Moses and Iheanacho to an extent are above average in it.

Despite the fact that we all know VicMo is a star boy, he sucks at taking set pieces (very poor). KC should be drilled more and be made our taker or S.Moses (who sometimes plays what's in his mind rather than his head).

Wishing our darling eagles all the best as they master more information cum formation for our friendly games and a happy Sunday to all on this thread.
kc is the main guy for free kicks for now. my ish is that don't these guys have the zeal and passion drive that cr7 have to just take extra time in training to become exceptional at some stuff like freekick, pks, etc?
