Sometimes I think someone left the door to this section's armoury wide open that everyone on this thread are now experimenting kill standard by insulting, misbehaving and stiff necked to simple reality.

Mathematically speaking can't we just use the simple

RHS=LHS

when involving comparisons, contrastings, etc?

Then kicking of the ball should also be banned considering the number of people whose careers have ended due to fractured bones.

Ban heading? Make someone like Olivier Giroud retire from football?
Lol

Methinks the rules that made players cautious should be brought back. Some tackling done in Collina's era were not this bad. Intact some red cards were not worth it if we compare with the same tackle of nowadays. but that made players forsake evil intents on another player. I pray the World Cup officiating which has the knack for stupid decisions sometimes don't foil our dream.

Maradona started the simulation stuff sotey na
only VAR fit decide true tackles.

According to you if you are capped once or never by your national team, you are not great? grin

According to your theory of greatness, is Uche Nwofor great because he had ten caps for SE?

Is Reuben Gabriel great because he had 12 caps for SE? grin

Is Ejike Uzeonyi great because he had 21 caps for SE?. grin

Is Shola Ameobi very great because he had been capped 10 times by the SE? grin

Is Michael Uchebo Super great because he played 10 times for Nigeria? grin

So, if you a player has few caps and didn't go to a major tournament, he is not good enough? shocked grin

Is Mikel Arteta successful or not?

Is Maxwell of PSG successful or not?
Bury this approach. We both know he has a strong and undaunting truth to the argument. No manner of pundit prowess can reverse the point sir Andrew has aired and it stands. Simple. Circular Rotations on these issues bore one, right or wrong.

Okay fine... The white/light green special throwback to the first golden era really got the likes of Iwobi, Ndidi and Nacho kinda unsure of whether to be excited or not coz it was different to anything else they saw.... They muted their reactions on that one according to the video.

But when it came to the dark green... Boyyyy they went crazy for it . just watch the video shared by Sir Tbaba1234 and yoy will see what I mean.

And uhmmmm... I see Ndidi smiling here... I also see Nacho trying to keep a composed look with a subtle smile too...and of course, iwobi, always trying to look serious in the GWG. Na normal thing really... No sign of displeasure.
I watched the clip and I'll still stand by Ndidi's reaction. Iwobi and Mikel were shocked at the light green. But as it reps us.... and makes them connect to us.... no p.

I'd want every supporter to so have the jersey that it would be a trademark presence when Russia arrives...

This hell of a joke of labelling sex gone wrong may soon make rape allegations unreal and unserious when justice ought to be served

More on the Super Eagles Jerseys.....
Even their faces are speaking. Nacho don't care as much as its a good outing. Ndidi is not feeling the dark green, and Iwobi is so disappointed he forgot how to pose for such an unveiling of the new national kit. It's so contrasting actually,. And I really don't like the all dark green.. The 94 re-branding is okay to me, but not how I'd have loved it to come out.

But I think I see the 17th pic differently. Looking closely you'll find the kids are immersed in their electronic devices living their mom to do the baking all alone without any help as she looks tired.

Interpretation: modern technology is destroying family values.

Mujtahida:
Guys I got an interesting book from a WhatsApp forum I belong to on how Germany won the last WC (Title:Das reboot). If anyone is interested in the book just drop your email and I will send the book to you.

The book details how the Germans engineered the 2014 success, how they went about it deliberately, setting things up from say roughly 2002. It tells of how German players are educated to become thoroughbred professionals. It tells the story of the establishment of football academies and playing centers spread out throughout Germany in a way similar to how the RCCG church establishes a parish in every 1km (walking distance). It talks about the potpourri of human resources the Germans utilized- they even involved the German national hockey team coach, a world renowned adventurer and SAP (the largest software company in the world)

It's 289 pages, written in quite an engaging way with a happy, lighthearted tone wrapped up in simple, crisp English.

Football is no longer kick, dribble, run, score. It has become scientific, indeed almost a pure science. This much became apparent to me when due to the constant use of terms like pressing, diamond shape, tactical formations by goodjoe, Mickael2 and others. Joebie reintroduced me again to four four two online after I'd read the hardcopies long time ago. Reading four four two magazine further reinforced the view that football is an intellectual endeavour.

We are here today. Nobody knows who among us might be involved with our football tomorrow. So reading such a book can birth a dream in our hearts or at least give us insight on how things are shaping up beyond our climes. Reading Icon4s mention Osimhen in his exchange with goodjoe, I remembered the book and I think Osimhen is just now getting educated. Our footballer play football. Europeans are educated from 6 years on to play football. That's the difference between Iwobi said Osimhen. Street cannot measure up anymore to the refinements of an educated footballer. That era is long gone.
When I heard about the University of football way back in 2010, I knew football yaff chabged

there are approx 7billion people on this planet out of which significantly less than 2billion are christians. only christians trust and believe the words of the bible, making the bible a subjective book, because other faiths have their holy books too and if you go through them you'll see "prophecies" that they claim come to pass as well.
quoting the bible to justify a claim is like me quoting a comic book to tell you spiderman can shoot web from his wrist, ofcuz he can, its in the book but does it make it real? no, until we test and confirm it. you can't convince people by saying they should have faith.
Using a fiction to prove something you consider fiction, wrong or didn't exist. Try again later please. Laughable
