Let them keep saying rubbish! The man has made his money!
Taking this train doesn't make sens eine bit. it's like supporting a quest for mediocrity or mistakes which shouldn't have even happened based on experience. He's a Nigerian ex footballer first before commentating comes so why should he forget simple facts like that?

Stop boarding this kinda train of 'he's making his money there'

Jon champion sat with facts for 3 hours after recovering from each commentating job before he got to where he is today!!! smh

basically, what the author of that article did was to name the team with the "biggest stars" as group winners, (thinking Ghana will win their group says it all). What he fails to understand is that teams like Nigeria and Egypt have far more balanced teams (Algeria might ARGUABLY have a very slightly superior attack than Nigeria, but I genuinely feel we've got a better midfield and a slightly better defence than them).

We shouldn't take these journalists seriously (I personally don't grin). They are not as informed and knowledgeable as they will like us to believe and most of their articles are aimed at stirring controversies.

Lol, so much for prediction on the part of African sport journalist/analyst, Victor Ikpeba inclusive.

I am really proud of the new Look Eagles! A Dude in my Area asked me after the Match that who wins?! I replied him - Nigeria of course!

He couldn't believe it and said; wasn't it an away Match? I answered Yes! The next Question was very funny - he asked me if the Team donned the Green Jersey, and when I replied; No, it was the white Jersey. He was perplexed cos to him, the White Jersey is a Curse!

LOL!
Some Nigerians that usually hiss when we play any game will soon start troop in back to watch like the 94-98 era of football at international level.

your guy is a typical meet in my area everyday. You talk Naija, they turn it "ah chelsea, ah Barca, ah man u, ah ma try Madrid" and so on.

well NFF better restore it's respect so that Nigerians would support them in such matters like this.

Anything national like this usually have divided camps because the one that wants to act is guilty( just like the dss issue vs justices).

Let them punish them as deemed fit. But they should first give Moses his 15k then do whatever.

Now I see why some of the years were angry at Rohr's starting 11 a day to the match. Moses Simon and Ndidi are the reasons.

Success Isaac..... you think say na Yakubu days we dey again. Very soon now you'll be among the top 3 to get to any camp of our National team. smh

Under Westerhof, the Presidency tackled the wastage of funds by dealing with the Coach directly.

FIFA can not term that interference. It is our money. The coach prepares his list for preparation, including hotel accommodation and camping fees. The coach gets an extra staff for it and supervise it.

The coaches can handle it and it will reduce the wastage and agreement.

How can we tell our players to pay tickets, owe players bonuses and NFF keep partying with the limited funds.
NFF keeps on their Joker status. They just love to amuse en amaze us.

Wonder why no one puts their activities in check. 77milla for a dinner night and Victor Moses is still owed 15k pounds?

This is telepathic. I thought of the same thing after the game. I wondered why can't the head coach share administrative roles when it comes to the team's organization. The managers of top clubs play a big part in administration and preparations.
Polithiefcians run our sport administration. I'm talking of peeps who never kicked a ball ever but somehow with the help of Governors, find their way up the ladder to the glass house

I don't think Shehu is a flash in the pan. I argue, he would have performed better than Ndidi today but we need a natural right back.
Which we already have in Musa Mohammed, dunno why he didn't play today. Shehu doesn't have the pace of a RB. but he connects well. I Just need that pace for that RB spot and Musa en Ndidi have that above him. Mind you, I want a RB that can start an attack with pace thus my selection.
