Alll former ministers of health couldnt perform, underperformed cos they are not seen 'relevance enough for attention'

all incoming government use health sector as ref in their criticisms, but once they are in power, they forget the sector. The sector need a pump of big cah=billions, more and persistent watch from Presidency to revive itself.

Seems like they give-up on making impact; the war is lost before we began mentality.

8goals in 5matches is no small feat for a 19year old. Even Messi needed more playing time at this age to achieve this. I'm happy 1st as a nigerian and he's doing this in a tight contest situo(aguero, bony) and now has proved he indeed needs to taste UCL football by the club including his name.

technically playoffs are not= competition proper (note the equal sign), but they are a part and parcel of what makes the competition.

UCL playoffs are for teams that dont have automatic qualification so they slug it out with teams from another zone/league/european region to balance the equation.

Playoffs is one tenth of a qualifier process. The qualifier process is getting 1, 2,3positions in top 4leagues in europe.

Playoff is like a 'lemme just have pity and grant this unknown league a chance of representation.

So Playoffs is part of qualifiers and qualifiers is part of competition proper(in terms of reference to world cup)
