The guy you talked about talked about how he got his green card and stuff but was immediately met with different accusations. This guy made an update. If you wanted to know anything, all you need to do is to ask a question.

No one is showing off anything. This guy has been posting even when he was applying for visa, all he came to do was to drop an update. And he answered that he married a 'white' woman, talked about how the interview was easy. What more do you expect? To talk about how to woo a white woman?

When you come here to make an update and people come to accuse you of lies and stuffs, what do you think up you'll do?

Aside from the known fact that Lagos is well populated, why is the rate of newly discovered cases in other states very slow? The one for Edo is crawling like snail. some states have been on 2 cases only for almost a week now.

Testing centres are just being set up in those places. Once they have lots of equipments in those area, except more cases there.

Are you an immigration lawyer? Do you know even half of immigration law in the US? Everyone has different cases and situations.

Exams to write depends on the course u studied in the University. Some courses have exemptions.

I've not graduated from the University yet. But I want to switch into accounting.

There are 7 exams in the foundation level. I need to know if I must write everything to qualify for ACCA proper. I read somewhere that I only need the RQF level 4 exams. Those are 3 papers.

I don't want to waste money on the first 4 papers if they're not necessary.

Hi guys, I really need the advice of experts here and I'm going to try and keep it short. So I and my wife currently reside in Karu, Nasarawa State (15mins from Abuja), but we really want to move to Abuja. My wife works in Abuja so she drives in this crazy mararaba traffic to Abuja everyday (for people who know mararaba).
I work in the north east but I come home (Karu) often and I'll really love for us to get a house of our own in Abuja.
Now, looking at decent 3 bedroom houses for sale (we've managed to save about 14million), they're still far above our budget. We're now considering buying land and building our house which we think will be less expensive.
Please I need the advice of property experts here. Which areas in Abuja can one get land which is safe, and one can develop to a considerable livable stage with 14-15million?
OR
Can one get good houses for sale with a fair payment plan where one can pay a percentage and spread the rest of the payment over some time?

I agree with that guy. There are lots of cheap houses in lokogoma with good payment plans. I'm talking of newly constructed quality houses. They are openly advertised.. So just visit lokogoma and tour the place. You'll find what you're looking for.

You have a point, but since those underlying health conditions are the primary cause of death, covid 19 shouldn't be mentioned as the cause, reason why most people without preexisting health wahala recover from covid 19. In this case,as in most cases, coronavirus is the cormobidity, not the other way round. It blows things out of proportion and creates unnecessary panic.

The panic is necessary.. When the number of people that have the virus catapults then the health systems become overwhelmed. Then healthy people start dying. That's when people start dying in their hundreds. People need to be scared so as to stay at home...

Tell me if Covid 19 is not named as the cause of death in there guys, how will the effects of the virus be adequately traced. Some people have underlying health issues but they don't know. When these people have the virus and the end up dying, you're saying their deaths should be attributed to their underlying illness? You're saying people that have Diabetes or HIV or like this case that end up getting the virus and dying should have those underlying health issues recorded as their cause of death?

The issue is the doctors looked at different situations. Like the kind of symptoms that must have exacerbated her condition that lead to her death. They had to be 90% sure before they attributed her death to Covid 19. They'll do anything to keep the death records low. No one wants Nigeria to be mentioned as the country with the highest death rate in Africa.

I don't have time to go through your previous posts so I don't know the tone with which you initially posted. What I know is those I initially quoted were about cooking up conspiracy theories.

The reason I even carried this thing on my head is that a lot of people say this thing is not even fatal or dangerous. Only 5 deaths out of 270 cases as at Tuesday or so. So more people are disobeying the social distancing order. Not knowing that they can get this thing and spread it on to someone that is vunerable. Everyone with underlying health issues will be thinking of certain death because of these guys. And also when the cases go up that's when a lot of healthy people will die because of the health systems are overwhelmed.

So when I see people downplay the figures and deaths I'm pissed. Health professionals in charge of the case, considered a lot and decided she died of Covid 19...so that's what she died of.

Very soon someone will come out and say in reality only 3 people have really died directly from the thing and some people will see that and make stupid decisions.

She died. A test was done on her after. Mind you Covid 19 test is very hard to come by. But they had to know what must have lead to her death. After the test was conducted, they found out she had Covid 19. Now you're telling me Covid 19 shouldn't have been recorded as the cause of her death after they've made those investigations? Don't be silly please.

An American came to Ekiti state and died with cough and fever. Then they found out his driver had Covid 19. This driver had no previous contact with any foreigner. A test was conducted but according to them it was inconclusive for whatever reason. But everyone at ABUD knew this man had the illness. But his death wasn't recorded for obvious reasons. There's another case like that in Ikoyi. They don't record cases of death until they are at least 90% sure.

Medical investigation is not black and white. 'Ifs' and 'if not ' are deduced from cases. The professionals say she died of Covid 19 but you on your phone somewhere far away with no knowledge of medicine say it's a lie. Nigerians are a funny bunch.

Number one mortality rate after infections is not high. Stop twisting facts to push your agenda. Mortality rate after Covid 19 is high.

This woman had high fever then she started coughing and they suspected Covid 19. Test was carried out after her death and it was found out she had the disease.


If you were smart, you'd know for a test to have been conducted after her death, they were worried as to what might have caused her death. She obviously wasn't supposed to die. Most of the people that have died from the illness have underlying health issues. So if one has serious diabetes and then catches covid 19, his death shouldn't be attributed to Covid 19?
