The Army has said they are not carrying out any immunization and the people spreading the lies have not given a single proof of anyone immunized either forcefully or willingly.

Leave parochial sentiments, was the baseless allegations true or not. Was there evidence to support the allegations?
All these excuses about immunization cannot justify or cover the shame of a people so gullible to believe a baseless, malicious rumour laced with innate hatred.

Do you have evidence of anyone vaccinated by the Army? Do have evidence of the Army going around the schools forcing people and children to take compulsory treatment?
Do you know anyone that have died as a result of the Army's free treatment?
Do you have evidence that immunization is part of the medical outreach?
All these lies about immunization will not do enough to save face from the shameful display of ignorance by those folks who could be easily deceived by a mere rumor that negates every principle of common sense.

First of all; You shouldn't have used a capital letter to start the word " grammer"

Secondly; You don't add a full stop after a question mark.

Thirdly; The last sentence is speculative, therefore you can not use the word "when" rather you use 'if'

Last but not the least; You should have put a comma after the word "is"

There is no excuse for lazy writing miss. Since you are quite proud of your grammar skills, you should know not to use capitalization in a quote if that is not a proper noun. Careful writers always use pronouns in place of a noun which you erroneously left out.
