Only if the Penalty did not results into goal

In this case, it wasn't a goal. So what stopped a retake?

EbukaHades10:
I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure if players encroach the box or the keeper comes off his line b4 the ball is played and is spotted by the ref or VAR, it will be retaken.

He was obviously off the line before the ball was kicked.

Does VAR have double standard?

That Penalty should be retaken

Sosqui:
Hello,
To be sincere with you, this is quite outrageous.
I had a similar experience. First, they confused me with the soil test and put me in a panic mode. Thank God, I met a former classmate who recommended I do the test again. To my greatest surprise, 28m turned to 8m. Did the soil test again, it was still 8m. The pile foundation was done for slightly less than N2mm.
My advice, go to Alausa (if you are in Lagos) and let them recommend someone to do the test for you. It will cost you between 70k to 90k (for personal use and not government use).
For the sharp sand, the prize is between N28,000 to N40,000 and 1 ton of 16mm is N190k to N195k. On the quantity, I will try and do a tutorial on how you can do the calculation yourself.
Have a good night rest.

Thanks for your input.

₦5million is even enough to do a 4 bedroom bungalow to carcass level in Ikorodu, but ₦10m can't even finish a foundation in my case, talkless of laying blocks to lintel level

Contact Dennis3D, he is a very honest guy and his work is great.
I’ll recommend him as he is currently handling my project

Thanks

Let him post his comments here if he has alternative view.

We're the process of review, the attached quotation is subject to review and I can work with anyone with quality job at great price

Hello guys.
Sadyfacts and other gurus in the house.

I got the attached quote, kindly help review.

I'm open to suggestions and will go for the best with the most affordable cost.

Soil test says 26m deep
Structural drawings says 23 pile points.

Just to do piling it's ₦5m.
What about pile cap?
What about rafting the foundation along the pile cap?

To build in water logged area is gbese óò.

Foundation alone could cost close to ₦15m.

Kindly help review, as the drillers suggested using sacks in place of steel casing just to save cost.

Thanks

Use invert black HD ultra lnb and enjoy better network signal. Best lnb so far. It has both single and dual

Here's an update on the performance of my dish.
After many suggestions on NL, on Saturday we decided to try couple of things out.

First called my installer to discuss the strategy, cos the guy is one of the best ever installer operating in Nigeria. We started together from those days of Analog on Arabsat 30 degrees East, those days of no sat finders, that we had to use TV for tracking Nilesat as early as the days of ABG in the early 90s.

We tried the single way Inverto, but it gave same outcome as the 2 way StarGold fuji.
He had to return the StarGold fuji and did few adjustment and we gained about 3%.
He then suggested we should clean the dish and repaint, cos the paint on the refurbished dish was wearing out after only getting it in October, 2019

We painted and did further adjustment and everything seems good now since Sunday.

One thing is that, the dish is motorized and we can't compare performance of motorized dish with a static dish. Static positioned dish will have more gain on the satellite being used as primary, but it limits what you can receive, no matter the number of lnbs you attach on a static dish.

With motorized dish I can receive nothing less than 20 satellites, with my 36 inches Heavy duty Jack that rises from 56 degrees east to 30 degrees west. Hence from Hellas Sat 39 E to Hispasat on the west, motorized dish is well covered.

I'll continue to watch the performance as we approach the raining season and probably get the two way Inverto Ultra

Now I understand it better. Thanks for clarification.

Thanks for all your responses.

I am not saying you've been scammed, but it appears so.

Ask them what kind of visa they applied for on your behalf.

I just read through the visa now and found out they applied for a transit visa for you and you can't even sleep in NZL for 3 nights without a visitor visa.

How much did you pay?

femijck:
oga mi, no this travel authority is more of a transit visa than a visit visa.....it allows him to pass through NZ multiple times until it expires...usually I would expect this visa to be issued to someone with a visa waiver passport, tourist joining cruise ship from NZ or someone with onward travel plan just transiting through NZ.

I remember this was in the news few months ago as it's just been introduced...it's usually approved within a day and only cost $35....

If u don't have a visa waiver passport, u not transiting, u can't board any airline with this.

I was wondering too the kind of visa they issued to him.

These Travel agents are dubious. They may have packaged some things on his behalf.

Recall that last year I was given AU transit visa upon obtaining my NZL visa first. The reason is that, I intended to transit Perth enroute to Auckland. My AU transit visa is valid for 1 year and multiple entries.

I'm afraid, he can't stay in NZL with that kind of visa

femijck:
interesting....., it seems to have been issued by the appropriate authority. However, are u visiting NZ to stay or u only transiting? Also do you have any other passport aside the Nigerian passport?

Hello bro.

This is like 2 years Visa.

What's the purpose of his travel, when they issue 2 years?

nelod2large:
@femijck @ugsams @Ticha @SAT123 @davodyguy .
Please I have a New Zealand Evisa from a traveling agency kindly help me confirm the authenticity and provide helpful information for my trip.
Thanks for your prompt responses.

What is the best decoder and low money someone can enjoy for FTR of H265 compliance thanks all

The one that I have T8 cost me N15,000 in July, 2019.

It picks MAX TV FTA on Multi TV

arbourboateng:
Also there is one thing you need to consider when you are buying such a expensive decoder, you have to make sure they have a dedicated website that always support decoder with software from time to time.... Note its very important!!!8

I am someone who's very detailed in my dealings even in the real world, that's i post lengthy information, so people can learn from my experience.

In September, last year and precisely September 15th on my way from Auckland, New Zealand, we stopped over in Dubai and I had to take the train to the town in search of Icone's office in UAE. They didn't respond to my mail before leaving Nigeria or even pick calls.

So, you can draw your conclusions from my experience.

Some people here may remember when I bought my T8 (name withheld) from a certain guy that i picked his contact on Nairaland, when I had issue, he behave like a very uncivilized Nigeria, posting nonsense, then left me to deal with the challenge of the decoder myself. I bought the decoder N15,000 on a Wednesday from him, decoder developed issue on Friday two days later. I ended up spending N12,000 to fix a decoder I bought for N15,000.

You can also draw another conclusion from my experience.

If you buy strong decoder from authorized dealers in Nigeria and you have any issue within warranty period that was not your fault, they deal with it.
But you buy these decoders, the middlemen that sell these decoders in Nigeria buy from various sources and many of them do not have access directly to the OEM.

on December 31st 2019, I bought some things in a store in Aulnay Sous Bois in Paris. The store said I can return any of the items within 5 days to them for a full refund or change.

Here's my conclusion.
When buying items that are not legal, make sure you follow T&C and try not to over spend, so you can count your loss.
Also, try to reach the direct OEM and transact with people you can hold.
I order many car parts from Ebay, Alibaba, Ali express etc. If any item fails, I do get my refund most times.

That's my take in response to your post on having access for after sales service.

zoboizee:
I think this icone iron boxes are grossly overpriced. The only thing going for them is the algerian orca server. A decoder for over a 100k. Can someone remind me how cheap is technomate lnb too? These are not your average price gadgets except i'm wrong. Can we have some pocket friendly reviews please?

They have accounts that illegally decrypt PayTVs in Europe.

After spending ₦90,000 on a decoder for an account that can be rendered useless by simple upgrade by the European PayTVs, why not pay that ₦90,000 to DSTV ori Startimes that you can sue if they mess up?

The decoder also has IPTV account that requires you using your data, which is slow on Nigeria and also expensive.

I posted about the SmartTV while I was in Paris in December. IPTV makes sense in countries like France with good data that's not too expensive. More so, the IPTV in that Samsung TV beats all IPTV anyone else in Nigeria is marketing.

If you want to risk, risk with cheap decoders like ₦15,000 to ₦20,000. But throwing ₦90,000 on what's not sure, is a very risky venture.

My take personally.

Anyone can buy if they want sha

Wrongly arrested indeed.

I traveled through almost 10 countries in 2019 and I'm wondering why I wasn't 'wrongly' arrested.

Yoruba says Enitó bà jẹ gbi l'oma kú gbi.

If you're clean, no one will arrest you.

Millions travel from Nigeria annual without being wrongly arrested, only very few unclean ones get arrested and rightly so

sunene1:
For where ?them no dey catch air.

He's right. What Yayi is doing is more criminal than decoders decrypting encrypted channels.

Yayi is rebroadcasting people's channels as if it's theirs.

The law will catch up with them as it did with CTL

odilibe:
are technomate upgraded?....technomate lnbs is always the last from reviews in every uk forum against inverto N0 1 and titanium ..while reviews are now old school....inverto single black ultra has never been beaten...

great.

I will wait for Taliban's response to your question

congrats

Talibanis:
That's so typical of Stargold Fuji. I will strongly recommend Technomate or Wiztech LNBs. Or simply Original SRT 4ways as it also performs surprisingly well in your clines based on its price.
If you are able to get your hands on original Inverto Ultra Black you are also covered. Good luck.

Thanks

Where can I get any of the ones recommended and original?

Those guys in Dubai refused to reply enquires, if what I would purchased one from them in September

michealblakky:
Use invert black HD ultra lnb and enjoy better network signal. Best lnb so far. It has both single and dual

Thanks.

I have the single Inverto Ultra Black, will try to change on saturday.

olason:
Hello house, i did carry out a surgery work on my dish this past weekend with one of the best and very amiable, gentle gurus around Umassor, by name. i wasn't satisfied with my signal on hotbird especially with fox sport at 56%. So on that wet saturday ..just imagine Umassor his brother and i set out to work, it was very lively, fun watching him at work. We tried about 12 different LnBs jus to see the best of them, this are high end LnBs, just to mention a few, we had inverto utra, fuji star gold, digisat, old fuji, etc. we tried them one after the other. it was so much fun seeing what signal percentage each one of the LNBs gave us. After series of tape measurement, adjusting here and there, bolts, angle inclination, and so on and despite the drizzling rain we where able to add wait...8% gain on foxsport, from 56 to 64 on a 3meter dish. even on my hispasat that i was formally getting 56-57 jump to 64% too. On hotbird initially i had about 950 channels suddenly jumped to 1,049 channels, also i was getting about 84 channels on Hispasat suddenly jumped to 139 channels, even Nilesat dat i was having 134 stations suddenly became 254, i said wao!! this cant be true, this a good testimony to the fact that you can always achieve more when u put your best into somting you love and that 3 heads is better than one. which LNB did the job? its d oneway star gold LNB.. the old type ooo. most of the new ones are fake. My humble Appreciation goes to my brother, my friend UMASSOR Wilson the only guy i know that has tracked PTVSPORT in lagos with 4meter, who despite the rain came all the way to my base , to you brother too, to my sweet wife who provided entertainment for us i say thank you and God bless.

I had to highlight a part in Olason's post LNB from his 2015 experiment
