Today everyone just open a small shop and get small listed properties claiming to be an agent.

We call them quacks or Charlatans.

There is just one body that certifies Estate Surveyors and Valuers. That body id Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (Esvarbon)

In order to be certified, you must have HND or BSC in Estate Management in any higher Institution of learning, approved by the board, thereafter after Graduation, you will serve the nation for one year.

Upon completion of service, you would write professional exams, write a thesis/project, defend the thesis, pass and then be certified to practice Real Estate advisory services.

Anything short of the above, is anomaly and quackery.
Can you become a lawyer without studying law at the university and being called to the Bar?

Same applies in the noble profession.

WTH do you mean by 'cover letter'

As a professional, when I use the term 'cover letter' in my office, I mean a letter covering either a cheque, a bill, or a report I'm about to send out. The covering letter informs the receipt of what you have enclosed along with that letter.

For example. When I send a report out, I would write in my cover letter 'Please find enclosed two copies of my Valuation report' etc

Hence, I'm wondering what relation it has with resume or must it have with resume. huh

You guys should learn how to use words appropriately.

they call them DMBs. Hence, the money most come from people, and same money goes back to people.

Applicable everywhere in the world. Deutsche bank, Barclays bank London etc do same thing

This is quite impressive.
With figures like this, Nigeria may never get to experience what's happening in Venezuela.

Even as at 2016 during recession, DMBs were still able to do about 300Billion CRR per bank with the Apex bank.

There's lot of money circulating in the Nigerian economy, hence there's really no reason people should suffer
