My own take is this.

As an immigrant there are some courses you should gravitate towards Go towards STEM courses and Healthcare.

The Management world is filled with American natives.

Some of these positions involve client interfacing and this is better done by the natives of the country.

Imagine you are in Nigeria and the Public relations officer of a company is a Togolese Speaking English with Togo accent. many customers and clients might be put off.

Thats what Asians do to succeed, You see them in all the Hard courses like Sciences, Engineering, Maths, Finance, and healthcare

leave management for the natives.

NB If you want to go for Masters you better diversify from business management unless you can get yourself into an Ivy league MBA.

Try mix some IT into it. Learn Oracle, SAP, Windows Exchange server, Networking (CCNA,CCNP etc) or something
