Oh God! My dad does this so much I yelled at him one day when he wore one of his very old faded cloths. Worst of all, he has new shoes too but prefer to wear his old ones. Especially his old palm sandals. And same here money is not the problem. But as soon as I realized it is what it is, I apologized to him and life goes on. Just as long as he is happy. I still convince him once in a while when I am visiting. Sometimes he listens, sometimes he doesn't. But is still try. Long as he is happy and enjoying his life, let him bro. Cheers! |

Lol... Those things are hoodlums. I remember them infesting our home back in early 2000s. My mum had to use insecticide back to back to back to back to back. These days, if my mum hear that you have bedbug in your house, she doesn't even take it lightly. She won't let you access to the house. Omo, I remember how she struggled to get rid of them. |

Honestly I feel there is something wrong. I usually take their 24GB for 3500 twice a month. When my data expired few days ago I didn't get that offer and decided to opt for 1.5GB for 500 bucks. I ended up using three in a single day. Didn't even last till the end of day. There is something wrong even if they don't tell us. This started this week or the week before. Just hope they recify it soon. |

You see, on a normal day I for just reply "Hunger never beat you". But today is no ordinary day. Bro, the keyword there is "Standard". Start small, make sure your place is clean. There are lots of big guys craving Akara and Akamu but cannot eat because they feel most of these roadside sellers have poor hygiene (I don't blame them and I don't blame the sellers too). If you play your cards right, small time when you don stable small, you can approach corporate environments and talk to the staffs that you can be delivering to them in well packaged takeaway plates. People like packaging. Same reason you see it as shameful is the same reason others too will see it as shameful and that is why there is a vacuum of opportunities there. Just do something different. Good luck bro! Success! |

Candidlady: Sensible human being. You can only be impressed by something you cannot afford yourself. Ask an average Nigerian girl for date location, her first 50 thoughts go cross across a range of eateries. In my opinion, na why most of them no dey fit hold reasonable conversations. They will then spend 80% of the date taking pictures. No single thought of exploration, their belly first. No get me wrong, there are lots of Nigerian ladies willing to explore. But check them, they are the ones that have made their own money or have travelled outside this country. 5 Likes |

My own two cent. See, lot's of us come from very broke homes that we feel like that little breakthrough is enough. One question most saying chase the money will not ask is "What is the tendency of that business opening more doors in years to come?". Making that range for years straight in my opinion is not a win. You need to elevate. Many people dey make am without school o, but are you willing to risk it entirely? "School na scam" but wether you like to believe it or not, school opens a whole lot of doors, easier too. Like someone suggested on the first page, defer one session. That's one whole year to make about 2.5m, that's enough to invest in a side hustle that will relief you the much stress to focus on school. All the best bro! 2 Likes |
