As much as I favour secession of the Igbo nation, I've always expressed my misgivings about this Kanu guy. Why should my fellow Igbo men be following a person of nk's character. An individual poised at creating divisions amongs the Igbo people and earning us enemies here and there. Wars are not won based on might alone, if that is the case israel won't be the terror of the Arab world, they are what they are because of a number of factors which includes the strength of their allies. You don't go about making enemies with those that should be your allies. Let's do away with bigotry and constant attacks on perceived enemies, put our house in order and then reach out to earn positive sentiment towards our cause. padi94: This OP is an Illiterate, no body who is learned will type the rubbish you typed up there. Nigeria is not its landed brother its it's people. There is a constitution that guides its existence, in that constitution there is freedom of speech, right of association, freedom to protest injustice of any kind.
Anyone can gather nd protest anything that is injustice to them, just like the Muslim lawyers, MURIC, Shiites, ASUU, Labour Union, APC etc... once did and still does, Ipob has a right to exercise same freedom.
Don't quote me stupidly, just read what I have written, severally. If you don't understand it ask someone else. If you quote me without sense I will know you are truly an Illiterate. |

Thastie: It's not about the governors being reluctant. Are you a warder? Nigeria stopped carrying out death sentence because they became a part of US human rights or something. I don't need to be a warder to know that our penalty code has not changed. Techinically capital punishment still holds sway in Nigeria. |

Thastie: Nigeria stop carrying out death sentence since 2000s. Those condemned to death remain in the prison while appealing their case for a better sentence. I guess same thing will happen to this man. Ganduje has no moral right to even sign that thing Nigeria stopped carrying out death sentence not because it has been abolished from our penalty code but because most governors are reluctant to sign death warrants. In this case I guess the guy will be put to death if the governor signs the death warrant like he has threatened to. |

You have been here ranting how Igbos are "this and that".I am tempted to reciprocate your tribalism but Iknow better.I have family members and friends from different parts of the country, and I am sure reciprocating the gesture will only bring me to your level of foolishness. And your claim that southwest makes up 95% of the south only goes on to potray your level of ignorance. Even my 5 year old nephew knows better. Maybe you are really the dumb one. The aim of a probe is to know if a person has been involved in any wrong doing. The fellow is suspected to have contravened the money laudry act. Moving money and valuables like you insinuated during election period is highly suspecious and should be subject to a probe. Mind you the probe does not necessarily mean any wrong doing on his part. That is how it is done in saner climes. Let me educate you with a recent instance, the former king of Spain is currently subject to a probe though he had long abdicated in favour of his son. BAT and any other public office holder weather in times past or present, dead or alive should not be shielded from being probed . He who has done nothing should fear no probe. NGpatriot: 1. Renting BV to ferry your valuables and even money is not a crime in Nigeria.
2. Helping and giving your money to the poor and the needy is not a crime in Nigeria.
So, what exactly are you probing and what law was broke exactly?
See how dumb, ignorant, silly and jobless some Nigerians can be...?

Bros a keg of palmie to your wisdom, that proverb sums up our situation in this country. Anyiamaka: The forest was shrinking, yet the trees kept voting the axe because its hand is made of wood and they thought it was one of them.
The aim is not to get likes and shares. I simply replied Dt Agoro where I read him. Relatively unknown and poor Shagari won Zik, Awolowo in presidential election in this same country. All powerful Abiola never ruled Nigeria. Relatively unknown Umaru Yar'Dua won their god Buhari in 2011 and Jonathan won Atiku and Buhari in presidential elections. You understand politics in a way it doesn't work, like it had a hard and fast rule. |

I appreciate your sensible write up, but I'll like to remind you that tinubu brought this buhari menace on us through his poor sense of judgement. How do we know it will be any better (his sense of judgement ) when he gets to aso rock seguntijan: on giving advice to the presidency, Tinubu does that every year through him colloquium, try to download his speech since 2015, he's always using that platform to pass his message and of course we won't know what he's doing privately also and note that it is one thing to give advice and it is another to follow it.
On if his personality has improved APC, i want to believe you want to be sarcastic on this because there's no APC without TINUBU. TINUBU politics might not be our real deal in Nigeria but I don't see any living politician that has a sound political ideology as TINUBU.
About TINUBU been the best governor Lagos had is also a fallacy, Tinubu fought Almighty OBJ, Lagos was denied allowances, Lagos survived on IGR during his time, he received no federal support and my brother his establishment of agencies during his time is what we're proud of presently in Lagos that other states throughout the federation are imbibing. let me be more practical with you, do research on when LAWMA was formed, do research on all other 34 states waste management authority also and see the pioneer, same goes of LASTMA, LAMATA and all, and apart from generating revenue, they provide jobs for millions.
On bullion van case, I just laugh at you guys, until you prove the content of the van, you're speaking in rubbish.
Looting in Lagos? in as much as all politicians are corrupt in this country, I'll still tell you that TINUBU looting is better than others. He's a smart, intelligent Looter. most of his looting (which of course is not yet proven) was as a result of his Public Private Partnership. let's take Lekki-Epe expressway for example, he invested in roads and facilitate smooth driving for commuters, he brought in investor, buy or seek for percentage and get his money from there. though it should be frown on but which is better compared to Allison that stole without any physical presence in the country, took it abroad and change nationality. which is perculiar to all our politicians.
The south has enormous candidate that can function as the presidency we but that doesn't make them better than Tinubu, if we talk about Adeshina, he's a versatile technocrats with brilliancy but Adeshina was still in University when Tinubu was Treasurer of Mobil, Ngozi Iweala was still battling with PhD, Osinbajo was still finding his feet also. if Tinubu had pursue private life also he'll be an engima. this can be proven by the kind of people he's breeding. ALL OF THEM ARE TECHNOCRATS, from BRF to Ambode to Hamzat to Abiru and all.
We need his Public and private experience in affairs of the country, NO POLITICIAN IN NIGERIA CAN BOAST OF THAT, DEAD OR ALIVE. IF TINUBU DECIDE TO DO THE RIGHT THING, HE'S THE BEST FIT FOR THE JOB |
