The 6th years commemoration of the brutal and inhuman Zaria Massacre by the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the leadership of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky was comprehensive. The enemy have been discussing of how to respond but lacked any idea.

What happened in Zaria between 12th-14th December, 2015, was a genocidal massacre of more than one thousand innocent men, women, children and infants in less than 72 hours. The attempt by the paid Saudi agents in Nigeria to manipulate the narrative failed woefully.

Reporting the #ZariaGenocide case to the International Criminal Court, ICC, was a masterstroke by the Movement. The Buhari gang of bloodthirsty killers never expected this. They under rated the Movement and at their own peril. These genocidal criminals can not publicly come out and say they want to negotiate with the Movement for the withdrawal of the ICC case but this is their desperation now.

The military officers that executed the genocide in Zaria are worried that the Buhari gang will eventually blame them for the mass slaughter and deliver them to the ICC. They blame the Buhari gang for it failure to manage the crisis & negotiate settlement with the Movement.

The Buhari gang had foolishly thought with the instrument of the state they will crush the Movement and imposed their settlement. This did not happen due to the righteous Resistance of the Movement.

InshaAllah, next year (2022) the ICC will open the trial of the genocidal criminals that perpetrated the ZariaGenocide. Some soldiers will turn against the Buhari gang by providing details of the genocide and the locations of the other Shia mass graves.

Having interacted extensively with Nigerians from all major tribal groups comprising Nigeria in 2021, I have only encountered an insignificant few Yoruba individuals who openly despise Igbos, and vice versa. The apparent level of mutual loathing between the Yoruba and the Igbo, parroted in writing by anonymous Nairaland online forum contributors, does not in my personal experience conform with the true peaceful harmonious, and cooperative nature of Yoruba/Ndiigbo relations throughout Nigeria today in the closing month of 2021.

Granted, people do tend to more readily trust those who speak their native language than they do those who don't share linguistic or cultural ties. Nigeria being no exception, Ndiigbo traders network with businesses run by Igbos due to innate preference, while Yoruba-owned corporate bodies may "just happen" to elect a largely Yoruba Board of Directors.

My humble opinion is that a full 95% of the hateful and repetitive inter-tribal bickering posted in this forum by supposed Yoruba and Igbo keyboard warriors, is in fact the work of those shadowy political forces that seek to divide and conquer ALL Nigeria's southern tribes using the usual online misinformation campaigns designed to "agitate the natives." There is no animosity to speak between the Igbo and Yoruba tribes in present-day Nigeria. That tribal war exists only in the fertile imaginations of armchair generals and keyboard sicarios who seek in utter futility to ignite a shooting war between two inseparable historic friends, Chinedu Nwabuike Okafor, and Olayinka Adebowale Olanrewaju.

Dude, calm down. First off, am not a yoruba but a south easterner like you. Secondly, am not the type that comes to Nairaland to fight tribal battles. Thirdly, follow my history in this forum and you would see that my views are always objective. I even attack those who denigrate igbos in the name of bigotry and criticize igbos alike. My comments are based on what I think is right than to be emotional about it.

Is it time for an igbo presidency? Yes! Are they playing the right politics to earn it? No! People like OUK, Rochas and until recently Anyim are making efforts but the attitude of our people isn’t helping.

Each time they attack IPOB(even though I don’t agree with their strategy entirely) I quickly fire back by reminding them about banditry up north. The possible outcome of making an Igbo president is as tricky as it is unpredictable. It would indeed decrease the biafra agitation in the short term but not thereafter.
What works most against the Igbos is that they have not culturally assimilated the other major tribes in Nigeria. This is not meant to stir up any useless tribal war here but the truth is that the Igbos as I have studied, seem not to have been exposed to other people before the late 19th century. The result is that the average Igbo man has not learned how to live with other people in mutual respect and understanding. There is this fear, that an Igbo president may by this handicap of history make mistakes that would jeopardize the future of Nigeria(even though a break up may be in the best interest of everyone, emphasis on may)

What the Igbos must do is understand this historical handicap and open up their minds as a people to respect other people's way of life, acknowledging that their values is not superior to others, then they can be trusted with the presidency
