Why is it that it is Christian nations that are saving them? What about their fellow Islamic nation? Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar etc? Are they all in support of the Talibans? Do they support bloodshed and violence against women Also those Muslims in western countries that are quick to start protesting when Isreal and Palestine are bombing each each have suddenly lost their voices because this time it's Muslim taliban oppressing muslim civilians |

Nigerians and hypocrisy are 5&6. Most of us are criticising the laws of a country that we are prepared to trade our life earnings for the opportunity to get citizen status. The fact is beating children the Nigerian way is illegal in the UK.
Saying that, I do not think the offence warrants disrupting the doctor's professional life because beating he's child has no bearing on he's competency as a doctor. |

Religion stains whatever it touches. Religion has caused division among senior advocate of Nigeria. Ignoring the problem of religion in this country never manages to push the problem away. Ignoring the problem often compounds the problem until it grows into a mountain .
. An average Christian wishes everyone is a Christian. An average Muslim wishes everyone becomes a Muslim. Each tries to project his desire to the other. Whenever a Muslim is in power, Christians fear he is on a mission to islamise the country. Whenever a Christian becomes president, Muslims fear the same. This fear makes it difficult for them to cooperate amicably . Christian trust Christian leaders, Muslims trust Muslim leaders.
Our education system is fueling this saperation. From primary school, children learn mathematics, English language, Basic science and other languages together. But when it comes to religious studies, Christians are divided from Muslims. This continues until the child finishes secondary school. The school saperates the children as kids and expect them to miraculously work together as adults.
The academia should develop a general religious knowledge curriculum. At an early age, children ought to be introduced to all form of religion outside the religion of their parents. A growing child should have basic knowledge of Christianity, Islam, African Traditional Religion, Buddhism etc. Limiting him to one knowledge alone create a narrow mind and makes him difficult to tolerate and work with another Religion for which he never knew existed. When we delve into other belief, we become intrigued by the similarities. We become more accepting .
Christian should not wish everyone were a Christian. If everyone thinks alike, the world would be bored. God created us different for a reason . Muslim should wish every Christian develop a greater understanding and acceptance of Islam while remaining firmly within their own Religion.
https://tobechispeaks./2020/09/08/the-rise-of-religious-rebels-in-the-north/ Problem and solution summarised in one post. Good job. Unfortunately our brainwashed populace will not accept the truth and will even insult you for speaking it |

hopefulLandlord: Spirit exists, they are drinks that contain at least 20% alcohol and can be found in some thick bottles. Soul is some name attached to some supposed entity in almost everything by religious people
I mean Soul? what exactly is that? I looked through a biology book but couldn't find a reference to souls. I looked through a mythology book however and found all kinds of information on souls. Are there any peer reviewed scholastic research papers published in any medical journals that I could learn more about this thing called souls? Where is this thing? how many does each person have? 1? 2? more? it varies?
What gene is it linked to in our DNA? What kind of cells is it made of or what exactly is it made of? can we see thing thing with an MRI machine or a powerful microscope? Who do you think would know more about this thing called souls: a witch doctor from the deepest jungles of Ogbomoso who has had no contact with civilization, or the entire science faculty from MIT?
Scientists study everything; why don't they study souls? Is it for the same reasons they don't study the powers of Deadpool or the magic of Harry Potter? Very important questions but I think you are directing them to an audience that has largely chosen to remain ignorant |
