The reported death of Abubakar Audu, the gubernatorial
candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in
Kogi state has sent shockwaves through the country.

Former Minister, Femi Fani Kayode and Dele Momodu
joined thousands of Nigerians who took to social media
to express their dismay and grief over the death of Audu
who reportedly passed away shortly after the
Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had
announced the results of the voting and had declared
the election inconclusive.

The late politician is expected to be buried tomorrow,
November 23 in his home town according to Islamic
rites.
