SportsRe: Nigeria Grouped With South Africa- 2010 by dblock(m): 4:25am On Dec 02, 2007
Nobody has answered my question, I am aware of the reason why South Africa is the draw.

My question is, with the ANC format, is it possible for two teams that met in the preliminary stage of World Cup qualification to meet again in the last round.??
Music/RadioRe: Limewire{download Nigerian Songs For Free} by dblock(m): 4:21am On Dec 02, 2007
Yeah, but there isn't exactly an extensive list of "Nigerian" songs on Limewire.

Another thing, 99% of the songs on Limewire are safe, it's the executables, and the compressed files you should worry about.

Peace out

Hey.Anyone here familiar with the format?

In the format, can two teams from the same Preliminary group meet again in the final stage of qualifying?

Where I am getting at, is can Nigeria be grouped with South Africa in the final stage of qualifying.

Does anyone have all the details to the format.

There is nothing on the net.

It only talks about the stages, groups, teams etc,

TravelRe: What Is Happening To Nigeria Currency by dblock(m): 11:33am On Nov 23, 2007
Nigeria's currency is not falling, it has been appreciating for the past 3 years.

If it weren't for inflation over the years, Nigeria's currency would probably be stronger than the US dollar today. Nigeria's currency isn't falling, it's value is increasing.
SportsRe: Football Friendly: Nigeria Vs Mexico by dblock(m): 12:04pm On Oct 27, 2007
The Match means that Nigeria now has an offence that is capable of producing goals, yet we don't have a defence that is capable at the moment, Taiwo has not been in top form and Yobo and a couple other defenders have been out,

So we didn't have our strongest defence on the day, so naturally we were bound to concede, Nigeria could have beaten Mexico, and on another occasion I'm sure Nigeria will. But it's a great result. Mexico is ranked higher than Nigeria and all Vogts has to do now is create a team, that is strong in all areas, and we might be witnessing the return of the Golden Eagles. Or at least confirming why we are known as the Super Eagles. Nigeria has the largest pool of talents on the continent, so if we cannot progress on the world stage, which African team will. Let's not forget what happened Last year in Germany, Ghana was the only decent African team there.

Cheers to the Eagles☻

Can't wait for the match. I'm going to watch it fo' sure.!!!!!!!!
SportsRe: Football Friendly: Nigeria Vs Mexico by dblock(m): 12:31pm On Oct 18, 2007
Good result.

Najia had the game, but ya know Shit happens. It happens to all teams. It's nothing new.

However I am glad that Nigeria went their and was the better team. Mexico is ranked higher than Nigeria, and were the favorites.

I have to say I have been disappointed with the Super Eagles in recent times, but this result suggests that the formidable Super Eagles may be emerging again, this is vital for the Nations cup in Ghana & the World Cup Qualifiers.!

Well done Obagoal Well done Vogts,

Not the result we were all hoping for, but let's be real here, how many of us really though that Nigeria would Win or Draw?

Music/RadioRe: 'Nigerian' Hip Hop Doesnt Make Sense by dblock(m): 3:06am On Oct 14, 2007
To begin my point I will start with Eldee. He is the most underrated African Artist that ever stepped foot on this planet.

In America right now, Hip Hop is being dominated by South Rappers, the dirty south boys, Ludacris, Young Buck, Lil Jon, Chamillionaire, T.I etc, What most of these South Rappers have in common with the exception of Ludacris, T.I and Cha, is "repetitiveness" and lack of lyrical ability. The truth is HipHop and Rap today in the states is whack. The days of MCs are over.

There are a few people keeping the industry alive, like; The Game, Dr Dre (retired), Twista, T.I.,, These Rappers are the best in the world, now if you say Nigerian HipHop is whack, I guess you could say that but the reality is that Nigerian Artists like Eldee, Sip Easy, Are just as good as the best in the states,

Listen to Eldee's song "Damn Woo oo oo" and compare to AMERICAN Artists with 6 zero salaries like "Lil Jon, Diddy, Pharrell, East Side boys etc.

Yes there are a lot of unprofessional artists in the Nigerian Music Industry, but people fail to realize that some Nigerian artists are better than their favorite American rappers,

FACT,

Yes Nigerian Hip Hop doesn't make sense, but only an idiot would say that American Hip Hop makes sense.

99% of Hip Hop/Rap Songs from the US. don't make sense,

Ludacris, Young Buck, Fitey, Lil Jon, Busta Rhymes, Eminem and others don't make sense in their songs,

This is an Extract from Lil Jon's Song "Get Crunk"
Now bitch niggas straight crunk
Its beena long time for a nigga to act the way
we actin'
What exactly is a "Bitch nigga" and how do you get Straight crunk??

Most rappers in the US these days are simply people from the Ghetto or Suburbia looking for a way to earn a living. Most of them aren't the "Gangsters" they portray themselves to be, and those that are over exaggerate the issues they go through.

Someone like The Game is as much a Gangsta as the 14 year old Suburban Kid in London who admires his music and wears Hip Hop Jewelery. The Game is and never was a Gangster. He came into the game to put food on the table, People criticize Nigerian Rappers for trying to present this same Gangsta "Stereotype" When there are probably more Gangstas in Nigeria than in America.

If Compton is a War zone with Bloods and Crips "With they Clips" then what is Port Harcourt, or Kano when a Indecency comes put.

Yall Remember "NWA" "Niggaz with Attitude" That group was arguably one of the most controversial in Rap History. They had the "FBI" on their tails Yet the only Gangsta in the group was Eazy E, and Aids laid waste to him not a gat.

You can criticize the level of originality in the Nigerian HipHop scene, but then what do you call "Tu Face, P Sqaure, Eldee?

Most of their songs are riddled with Nigerian issues and Pidgin English etc.

What is more bizarre? A Nigerian Artist presenting himself as an "American Gangsta" or American Artists like The Ying Yang Twins??

I'm sorry ur not impressed by the skit, but the word "Niggaz is simply a conjunction like "And or but" Without such words there is no sentence. With that said, I could easily replace the word with hommies or brazz.

Is it the word "Niggaz that offends" you? Get rill Brazz. I drop shit like this all the time, I aint trying to sell a record or sumim I'm tryna get ma point across.

Felix Weah speaks the truth.

Nigeria is the largest Exporter of Man Power in the world.

I cannot think of one country in the world that doesn't have numerous Nigerian doctors, engineers, teachers etc.

Nigeria may not "wonderful", but Nigeria does produce great minds. Minds that could help get the country out of the woods, yet are exported to richer countries. This means that Nigeria will eventually be full of "Idiots" if the situation in the country is left unattended. Nigeria is producing qualified Men and Women, but these people do not contribute to the Nigerian economy but to other countries.

This means that Nigerians are economic decelerators .

The Few resources that Nigeria has trains minds, only for them to contribute to other countries. There are thousands of Nigerian doctors in countries like America, Britain and even Ghana. This means that Nigeria is exporting the most important resource for free.

Physical resources are worthless without intellectual resources, and intellectual resources are hard to keep, without physical resources been there to manage the country. It is a complicated situation.

Nigeria can go nowhere without the persistence and patriotism of all Nigerians.

Think about it, the Majority of Nigerians abroad, are those with the scholarships, those with the most to offer. Nigeria's best products.

This means that Nigeria's most intelligent people are contributing to the economies of other countries, yet they expect the country to be out of the woods.

Nigerians are economic decelerators. I am an economic decelerator.
