In rivers state results were written in the office of gesilia Kan by herself and Wike. Shebi card reader is not in the electoral act! APC is in power, we shall see who laughs last as a result of these compromised judgements. EVERY JURY CAN BE BOUGHT - the Godfather.

God is not asleep, apc supporters will know no peace? No peace for what? For protesting against the upholding of the worst state election in Nigeria's history. I repeat myself, the same God he was calling will bring peace or no peace to those telling the truth in this matter. He brought God intl this matter not me. You obviously were not in rivers state during the election, or maybe you're wallowing in self deceit. One thing Nnamdi kanu is right about; this country is a zoo.

Lol at bold. There was violence in the last election in Bayelsa. I believe APC can contest that election on the basis of violence right? Or was that not the argument?
violence here is contextual my friend. In bayelsa state the violence was a result of the army confronting the millitants and there was a spill over effect. But in rivers the violence was a result on both the army and the niger delta millitants together descending on one of the political parties.

crying will not change anything. The supreme court in its wisdom has upturned the appeal court's judgement. What you listed was not what the appeal court based its judgement on, the judgement was based on card reader, of which different conflicting judgements were given in cases of lagos and rivers. As such, the supreme court does not need months to see that judgement based on same issue should not conflict each other thereby bringing confusion when references are made to it in future. Wait and see the details of the judgement before hitting your head on the wall over nothing.
you are either naive, or mischievous to assert that the tribunal spent 3 months sitting, debating on card readers alone. You choose to forget how apc struggled to get the result sheets for forensics which gesilia Kan and the first tribunal judge pindiga frustrated for months until time was far spent, or how witnesses were called to attest to violence and no voting. And then you come here saying it was only on card readers? The supreme court judges got compromised and they needed a good excuse to play their pranks, then the card readers' conspiracy provided their perfect alibi. Who leads the supreme court? Is it not the same Justiçe Mohammed that wike was pursuing all over Abuja during during the tribunal sitting. The Judge even made a statement that yes wike came looking for him but it was to Thank him for making justice daisy okocha chief judge? You think we've forgotten?

Rivers in the presidential election was a fraud, gubernatorial, no.

Lagos in the gubernatorial was a big fraud, the presidential, no.

Kano, Katsina, are the biggest in the history of electioneering in Nigeria, both ways. Challenge? You cannot eveb speak against apc in the north, who will testify?

This country will never be equal until the south serves the north a dose of its own medicine.
the biggest election fraud in the history of Nigeria happened on April 12th, 2015. The Nigerian army, the niger delta millitants were unleashed on rivers people. 29 lives were lost. I repeat, the greatest election fraud since Nigeria was born happened on April 12th 2015.

Kano,
Katsina
Lagos. Biggest frauds of the last election.

I pity you, you know nothing electioneering in Nigeria, you come here and indirectly sell your future to Almajiri through ignorant comments.

Have you read Oyegun's comments on the Supreme Court judgement? Just comment on Abia, generalizing and saying Buhari and APC don't care gave you away.

PDP distributes money, apc threatens your life.
ironically kano elections were not challenged at the tribunal. The biggest fraud of an election in a single state in the history of Nigeria was rivers state!

Politics › Re: Why Holding Brief For A Supreme Court? by ddippset(m): 1:30pm On Feb 04, 2016
Forget what supreme court heard or did not hear. Forget whether the apc proved it's case or not. Maybe the supreme court was justified in returning wike. What this teaches us is that life is actually a b1tch! Justice is not always served in a court of law. That's why several murderers have gone scot free even from the so called supreme court. And there are many many innocent people languishing in jails having been condemned by the so called supreme court yet they never did the crime. Forget apc or pdp a sincere rivers person who was on ground and fears his or her Almighty God would feel hard done by, by that supreme court Verdict. Maybe it's not the supreme court judges' fault but as long as those judges continue to be humans not Gods, some of the guilty would continue to get away and some of the innocent would continue to be locked away!

I think the worst precedent that would have been set by our judiciary was to have allowed those bias judgements from appeal and tribunal to stand. The Tribunal and Appeal judgements were clearly unjust.
the tribunal and appeal court judges that sat and heard the cases for 3 whole months were biased while the supreme court which sat for 6 hours were not biased abi? I am not a supporter of Nnamdi kanu but one very correct thing he said is that 'Nigeria is a zoo'. Number 1 . no state election in Nigeria ever claimed 29 lives but rivers did! Number 2. An election where the police commissioner was removed in the morning of the election. Number 3. An election said to be completely flawed by the international observers on ground. Number 4. An election where there was shooting from night till morning in some áreas. Number 5. An election where voting never took place in some places like my rumuokuta and yet pdp cleared the área. Number 6. An election where most port Harcourt rádio stations were covering live and reporting ballot box snatching, shooting, and beating up of their station correspondents.. Number 7. An election where 300,000 were accredited while the winner got 1.4 million votes! Number 8. An election where patience Jonathan and wike unleashed the army and millitants on Rivers people. Number 9. An election which Héld while original result sheets were not available. Number 10. An election where the inec returning officer could not read, identify, recognize the result he wrote down! That's the sort of election you call the tribunal bias for annulling, and praise 'supreme court gods' for upholding. This country is indeed a zoo!

Hypocrisy is when you overlook the underage voters that participated in the elections in Kano, Sokoto, Katsina, Bornu, Jos etc and term it free and Fair...
I don't know who's the hypocrite but you're the liar! Want to know why? 1. Did they challenge the kano, Sokoto, etc etc elections in court? 2. Was the name of any party inscribed on the forehead of any of the underaged voters? Why do you believe that it was only apc that recruited the underaged voters? Muazu, bamanga tukur and co did that for the pdp as well. So stfu for now!

Every jury can be bought. These justices are not Gods. Even some priests and pastors are corrupt. Yes some tribunal and appeal court judges erred in judgement, also some of the supreme court judgements were a charade and a disgrace. People should stop making it seem like because it's the supreme court then their judgement is the judgement of God. Some of them are fallible and corrupt!

Idiots keep trying to defend the most corrupt administration in history with these innuendos. In case you wailers are pretending not to understand what Lai Mohammed said or is trying to say: 1. Most of the weapons bought were old and obsolette, not superb enough to be confidently called superior hardware to what the terrorists have! 2. Most of the weapons were inflated in price such that if for instance 100 million was budgeted for arms, 20 million was utilized for arms and 80 million was embezzled! This is to put it in perspective for you slow pokes!

Well, I will modify my comment to capture it but I just said it amounts to ignorance to ascribe judgement of court to any sitting President. The last part was to answer his question.

And Yes, Buhari has NO blame for any judgement that goes in favor of his party.

Politics › Re: Should We Give President Buhari Credit For Gov. Wike Victory? by ddippset(m): 10:45pm On Jan 30, 2016
Its simple as ABC, if it hurts you só badly to praise Mr Buhari when court rulings go against his government and his party then don't dare to blame him when court rulings go in favour of his government and his party. Don't even dare!

While we may choose to play politics with courts' judgements, the truth and fact is that it amounts ignorance to ascribe court's judgements to the President instead of concentrating on merit/demerit of the judgement and challenging it if unsatisfied.

@OP: Buhari deserves NO credit! It was a victory for Nigerians
quite correct. I know how you love to be politically correct and everything. But you must also spell it out that yes Buhari deserves NO credit for court decisions against his party AND ALSO BUHARI DESERVES NO BLAME FOR COURT DECISIONS IN FAVOUR OF HIS PARTY. tell it to these numb heads here before you start forming Mr objective!

That makes Jonathan the special one, the one that saved baboons from being soaked in blood. Please no more mentions, except you have something meaningful to say. Goodnight
