It just defies common sensibility and human justice if the supreme court cannot overrule itself sometimes. If a man gets acquitted for murder at a supreme court and then tomorrow someone produces a vídeo of the man actually committing the murder and takes it to the Supreme Court would the court now say this matter has already been judged, Mr murderer go home and relax, nothing do you!? If that's what our law says then the law is fuccked! Or if the supreme court discharges and aqcuits Óscar pistorious for instance and tomorrow someone produces a cctv footage of him actually shooting at reeva steemkamp, or maybe Mr pistorious confesses to the crime, só the supreme court will say Mr pistorious' case cannot be revisited?

I just wonder about all these people saying Nigerians have been scammed and are now wiser. Wiser to do what exactly? Vote the pdp back into power? I laugh!

How can Tribunal and Appeal disregard Card reader during the judgement of Lagos State election but the same Tribunal and Appeal based the Card reader on the judgement of Rivers and other opposition states. When it was clearly stated during the election that manual accreditation can take place in cases where card readers were faulting. And you know 70% of the card readers were abnormal. The Supreme Court judgement was very right on this.

no 2 cases are idêntical. I don't know about Lagos but for rivers, the case wasn't on card readers alone. There were several other issues. Firstly, I think the amount allotted to the state house clinic is really high. But it's important to know the difference between the state house clinic and other hospitals. The state house clinic caters to the president, all the staff attached to the aso villa( which is quite sizeable) (Usually they send laboratory tests and investigations outside, incurring humongous amount of debts, perhaps someone decided to make the statehouse more standard,equipped and self reliant.) and the rest of the executive's family, they also handle medical assistance for an ample amount of citizens- all for free and at no cost.. On the other hand, general hospitals and teaching hospitals, in addition to their allocation in the budget, generate revenue. They charge for everything and only few pay their staff exclusively from their earnings. The question is this' how well managed are the public hospitals? Th state house clinic does not generate a dime in revenue and as such shouldn't have too high a percentage. Of the budget, yet t public hospitals must be more accountable.
