Mcleo007: So far so good this season, the team has played to my satisfaction. If not for anything else, the dynamics in play pattern is a welcome plus to the foundations of the footballing system at Barca. Thus, adding some plus and footing to the tiki-taka pattern makes the team less predictable and fluid in seeming approaches. Tata earns my applause for that.
for me it is over the next two games that we will know the real pattern. Ac milan and then real madrid. The biggest game we ve had all seaason is athletico which we failed to win. If we beat milan and madrid then I will know tata has succeeded. It's easy to tiki taka against average la liga teams so I would be overjoyed to see same over the next 2 games. It's crunch time.

as per thugs a Alves and Valdes are eternal classics
and for divers Neymar has learnt the trade from his co divers like Busquets, Fabregas, Sanchez and co
lol uasb, it's a real madrid player who stamped on an opponent's fingers deliberately and maliciously, it's a real madrid player who got a 10 match ban for kicking a la liga defender severally when he was helpless on the ground off the ball, it's a real madrid player , it's a real madrid player who is the most yellow carded player in the history of la liga, it's a real madrid player who is the most red carded player in the history of la liga and to put my icing on my cake it's a real madrid coach who went up on a la liga coach and poked him in his fvcking eye. On the diving art, it's a real madrid player who did the best dive in la liga for last season- according to.... Guess who, your very own marca! Usb wtf are you talking about?

All we needed was a goal. And Montoya is a defender oh.
that's just my thinking as well. Our defence did it's job but our attack failed.

sebod: Waoh! I luv this bro. Madrid should expect another bashing come this weekend. But my only concern is the incessant unmerited penalties awarded to Madrid this season. It's like the Refs want them to win the league at all cost. As regards our last night match, Andriano,Gas and Montoya conived together to rub us of the full points. I don't belive Montoya is overhyped, he's only match rusty.
And on a lighter mood, the guy dribbled by Iniesta last night is out for six months..lol

common guys, last time I checked montoya is a defender and if my memory has not failed me, we did not concede a goal last night. So how was montoya responsible for all of those chances fabregas and co threw away?

you guys can check them out by hugging them when there is power supply.

instead of concerning themselves with a looming classico they slam their heads against the wall because of a goal by Cris.

bloody messi butt lickers
'because of a goal by cris' you really call that a goal? Lol. The proverbial ostrich comes to mind. We now have the good the bad and the ugly at real madrid football club. Thugs and divers! Pepe, ronaldo, de maria, bale, marcelo could all go for michael phelp's medal.

Yet again another 90th minute dubious penalty for madrid for ronaldo to increase his goal tally. Messi should have replaced fabregas as early as 55 mins. U don't play with a match in pamplona. Tata did.

Adufaye: yea, and all of them are from TWO teams in a league of 20 or so ......... the most boring league in the world. the EPL is probably the best quality and most competitive overall BY FAR.

How can Marcelo and Alves be chosen,
when Cole and Lahm were so outstanding in 2012?
Kompany and hummels was far better than pique in 2012
Pirlo or Schweinsteiger should have be iin the list.
Like wise Ribery,Robben,and Van persie!

if you studied the title winners of la liga for
the last 30 years, there have only been 3 other clubs
who have won the title aside from Barca or Real
Madrid - do u think such league is competitive??
when would you people ever learn? Nobody ever chose anybody, fifa opened a voting site and asked for fans' votes. Votes were counted and you are here saying pique was chosen, alvez was chosen! Next thing is for you to say that fifa rigged the voting.

Johnpaul88: You must have forgotten, friend.
He officiated the infamous copa del rey final in Mestalla in 2011 which we lost. That match will be remembered for his refusal to punish Madrid players who put up performances akin to thugs & sociopaths.
Again the next season in Nou Camp, where we lost the league due to the lost against Madrid , which he again officiated.
Last season in Nou camp in the copa del rey semi final second leg against Real madrid which we lost 3- 1.

I just hope that this bad result with him comes to an end.
lol, I was goina ask if you thought we could'nt lose any match he officiated until I saw where u mentioned that it was he who officiated last season's copa second leg. The bastard was so quick to give ronaldo an early penalty but criminally refused to award the same when alonso body checked pedro in the 18 when he saw pedro was goina beat him to the ball. It should have been 1-1 at that point. You have a point but who else should be given the job? Definitely not the guy who officiated the 2-1 la liga loss at the end of last season. That one denied us a blatant penalty on adriano by ramos with 2 mins to go. May the ref just have a good game.

Let's stop burying our heads in sand like the proverbial ostrich. Wouldn't we complain too if our early first goal was disallowed? A goal which could have changed the entire complexion of the match? Besides both ethiopia goals crossed the line and we should have been 2 - 0 down by the time we scored out first. Ethiopia have a right to complain but fact isa that it's football and it's a game which is not always fair. We only need to outplay them and win them convincingly in calabar. That would be conforting for us but the truth is that they have every reason to complain.

I just wanted to stress on the fact that i am from an okay family like other okay families on this country because people have been calling me poor and i believe in all honesty that we are above poor grade. As much as people have failed to see this through my eyes, it has bothered me. My boyfriend and i have been through a lot of rough times. I do not believe that a man should change how he feels because of material things its not good. I wont lie the car is nice and i would be very happy if he could let me in it one day. Someone told me girls have been going to their compound to see them and some where even going to get things from the market for his mother. I would like to believe its not true because this could crush my heart because i have worked hard to be with my boyfriend and in these 8months we have achieved more than married people.
I was travelling from PH to lasgidi by road. When I was on the bus this man with a very big nose. His nostrils looked like 2 big fire brigade hose. He tried to chat me up. He asked me for time whilst he was holding his phone. Then he asked me if I was feeling hot. All I could see was his gigantic nose. When that didn't work he got on the phone and started talking about a big deal he had made with one Mr Babmus and how much money he was going to make from it. That did not work either, then he started winking and smiling at me. What I want to know is why are man this pathetic, please advice. POSTER, YOU ARE A VERY FUNNY HUMAN BEING! LOL.

AjanleKoko: ^^

Defence itself seems to be stabilizing.
Organization while defending is the issue. Set plays, coping with fast breaks involving teams with both pace and power, in particular, are the areas where we struggle.

Also I think we need a bit more juice in midfield. Teams like Bayern have muscle and organization in the middle. They are the ones I'm really scared of. Attack-wise, If the boys are fit and on top of their game, they will easily beat most top sides in Europe. Over the last six years, I still haven't seen an attack as potent as that of Barca. Save for that awful display in the 7-0 where the whole team more or less gave up embarassed
muscle and organization key, i agree! very very key!!
I am shocked at the number of people who still think these are funnies. I love this guy and for those who are telling me to leave him don't even know half of the story. Don't be too quick to stamp a break up label on us. We met at an eatery and he was playing draft with a group of other guys. My mother had sent me for ofada soup we had special guest coming in that day and my mother is not a very good cook, maybe its the reason why my father sometimes disappears after he gets his salary and comes back when he has almost nothing left. Well i dont know, i leave it all to God, because he knows where my father goes during that time. He greeted me and i looked at him up and down and ignored him and went inside the shop. I ordered food and paid mama junior half her money and i promised to give her the other half the following day. She grabbed my skirt and told me that i could not leave the eatery without paying the full amount. I wanted to keep the other half to do my hair. My friends hairdresser had promised to make my hair at half price. Me and mama junior continued with our argument until my this boy intervened. He used the money he had made from bets earlier to pay what i still owed mama junior and i got to keep the money to make my hair. Sometimes when i rethink about it, i cannot stop wondering about how wicked this woman was. She disgraced in front of people over Ofada. She made me look so poor. I don't believe we are rich or poor. i believe my family is okay. we have a 2bedroomed house where my parents sleep in one and where me and my sisters sleep in the other and my brothers sleep in the parlour. So after the payment he told me that he would walk me home to see where i stay so that he could collect his monies back. So you should understand that this boy has saved me before and this was not the only time. Ever since that day he came to our house to talk to me and then he took me out and this has been going on well until these past days where he has been distant from me. This is love that is not easy to throw away, but this car issue has stressed me, last night i cried and slept a little and cried again when i woke up because today's profile picture was him on the drivers wheel and his siblings in the back sit. I wish his father didn't buy this car, because it it making me sad and crushing our relationship. The way some of the people are responding is making want to lose hope and cry
wow, its not funny any longer. i think you speak from the heart. but do not worry when the car gets old, he will come back to you. or better still come to me. lols.

greatgod2012: I do not and will never support what the lady did to the guy, infact, its very bad and should not be encouraged at all.

However, i want to look at it from another angle. I see some "what ifs" in this relationship.

What if it was the guy who first scammed this lady in one way or the other before, i meant before their first separation and the lady has been looking for a way to revenge?

What if it was the guy who first broke this lady's heart in a very hard way and the lady thinks this is the best way for her to pay him back in his coin?
Many what ifs...............

Since we are not able to hear from the lady's mouth her reason for her action and also we dont know what really transpired between the two of them, i think its better to tread carefully when judging the lady.

Once again, i do not support her action, but its only God who sees what is hidden.

May God help us all.
sister abeg leave all these what if, what if, what if. of course it is wise to hear from both parties but let's judge based on the story as it has been presented here. that guy should do something to get his money back sharp sharp.

iam definitely not resting on my oars yet! our defence is still not good enough, still worse than last season. pique, bartra, and who? puyol who's been injured for forever? the biggest game we've had all season is the athletico game which we didnt even win. with this defence can we beat madrid, bayern, chelsea, and the big guns? iam not talking valladolid here. sorry i aint no fan of doom we have the best attack in europe(messi, neymar, alexis, iniesta, fabregas is second to none) but i fear for our defence.

maybe, but why do you think this is so? because i know that sanchez has missed one hundred one-on-one chances when he played with messi. even when messi is playing, u see sanchez one on one with the goalie and he shoots wide or slams it against the body of the goalie, countless times!

if another player does anything deliberately to injure you, what would you do? slap him or write a protest letter to the referee? if it's a mistake, ok get on with the game but if it was deliberate and malicious, you should dive and feign injury 1 million times over and get the coward sent off. anybody who says otherwise has to be the biggest hypocrite on planet earth.

so neymar gets kicked in the back, or lemme put it correctly, neymar gets smooched in the back with malice. now what should he do? get up, kiss brown and make up, or get up smack brown in the face and get on with the game, or walk up to the referee and scold him for not penalising brown, or get up take his mini computer and send a protest letter to uefa, or maybe get up and get on with the game after somebody leaves a bit of his boot in his back, not by accident but by malice. when he is not jesus? fvck that, exaggerate if necessary and get the mvtherfvcker sent off. that was exactly what mou taught the world in those el classico days. the idea was kick and brutalise them so they dont hit 5 past you again. and then it became a crime for anyone to fall and express pain, for any player who did that was a sissy or a diver. if i was a footballer and any thug of a footballer tried to kick me or injure me and i knew i couldn't fight on the pitch, i'd get that bastard sent off the best way i could. that's what i'd do.

3..Lets see how the other squad members will fair within this period;Messi alwaz has a way of bringing out the best in them While on the Pitch!
4.Neymar...I want to see him play Without Messi, lets see if he will now explode a bit as there is no Messi to Pass the ball to....
5..You guys should stop Mentioning Pep's name..To me,he left Barca when we needed him the Most!! Fu.c.k Sabbatical!!
pls you guys should quit with this myth of neymar passing to messi stuff. messi passes to neymar as much as neymar passes to messi if not more. messi passes to everybody; sanchez, pedro and co. it's just a pity that when messi passes to neymar, pedro, sanchez and co and they fail to put the ball in the net, it doesnt count as an assist and people forget about the pass 90 mins later. btw even without messi, we shouldnt expect neymar to begin scoring left, centre and right because he isnt the centre forward. his duty is to make assists firstly, and score secondly, messi or no messi. and then i agree with you; let's speak no further of pep guordiola.

Johnpaul88: Look man, all the top team today struggles in defence. You guys should stop doing as though it's only Barca that have a weak defence. Almost all defence today crumbles in the face of a good attack. Madrid, ManU, City, Chelsea or even Dortmund & Bayern all look ragged when stretched. Attack is the real deal these days.

Be aware also that defence was not the only thing that let Barca down last season, we also struggled in attack big time. Without Messi last season, we were useless all the way in attack. If we had managed to score up to 4 or 5 goals aggregate against Bayern last season, nobody would have remembered the defence that let in 7. But we couldn't score without Messi. And all everybody could talk about is weak defence. It only tells one side of the story.
I think he is only speaking the bitter truth. let's face it, our defence is sh1t. we have not had any stern test yet. i am still brooding over the fact we let 2 months pass without signing a defender. let's only pray what happened in 65 doesnt repeat. only pray.

On marca's part, I think they too have posted several articles as regards Madrid’s controversial winning at Elche. infact, the latest of them was posted yesterday or so, and it was about how Real have had to be favoured 4 times out of the 6 league matches played so far this season.
what i understand is that the referee was overlooked for the next 2 la liga match days. it's common practice for some refs to be overlooked on certain match days since only 10 of them are needed per match day. and those ovelooked are mostly ones who officiated games with CONTROVERSIES. ruling out the sevilla goal was a controversy and allowing some extra seconds in the game was, as well( as would always be in any game which exceeds the added minutes by 1 second). so what happened was that after the madrid - eche scandal, the madrid based press decided to raise so much of this dust to justify everything.

marca especially has been focussing on the barca sevilla game instead of the charade of a match in etche which has stirred up all this issues. it is clear from even the replays that the sevilla attacker both touched alvez from behind and also impeded his jump. the ref was right but it was a 50 -50 call for anybody who sees it even on replay. for the alexis goal, sevilla equallised in the 90th minute after the 4th official had indicated 3 extra minutes so they wasted some seconds to celebrate their goal. and then i ask, was any sensible human being expecting the ref to then stop the game 3 minutes on the dot. messi then launched another attack and alexis scored on 3 mins 45 secs thereabout. for God's sake why is marca and co trying to use this game to justify the scandal at etche?
