Emm22:
I just collected my item from nipost which i ordered 23 December last year, remaining 1 still in transit.

If I may ask, like what is it that you ordered?

Also, where are you based cos I learnt location too plays a factor (the closer to Lagos, the earlier it gets delivered)

And the other one in transit, has it moved from Lagos, like has it been handed over to last mile delivery?

Icent99:
i dropped an update about a week or two ago after talking to a nipost staff from where i pick up my items, they have not received items since November last year. A certain amount of money is being owed(i do not know who is owing who) so items that arrive Nigeria via NIPOST are not scanned into Nigeria hence their tracking just remain at arrival at airport.Until the debt is paid nothing may move.

Seems this is exactly what’s happening.

NIPOST launched an automated payment solution around late October last year. Maybe they are having issues implementing it or they are having issues with Customs as regards payments (including previous ones)

Encitee3991:
Funny enough, it's the same Malaysia post that is delivering item to Ghana.
If you check their review on AE, you will know Nigerian shoppers are suffering.
Concerning my items, have started processing the refunds.
It's sad, knowing the situation with nipost will likely go from bad to worse.

So sad 😞

Are your items past the buyer protection deadline?

My buyer protection is still about 68 days away.

Agbi4:
I got refunded yesterday after my order arrived Nigeria on December 2nd and up till now, no one knows its whereabouts.

Maybe I’ll try mail Post Malaysia and ask them if I can intercept my order when it gets to local airport, they shouldn’t hand it over to local logistics or something, I don’t want to go through refund process I ordered with Naira Card.

Did you pay with Naira card or Dollar Card? (I’ve been reading that refunds to Naira cards has been a headache recently)

Encitee3991:
From that update, item may be in same boat with Malaysia post item from that period.

You haven’t received your orders that came with POS Malaysia?

Omoh!

Anyone received package sent by Malaysia Post recently? My order has been assigned to them.

Be like I’m in for a wild and long ride like this 😕

Icent99:
if its shipped already! There's little to nothing that can be done

That’s what the seller said too, said it’s already at departing airport and it’s awaiting transit - all I can do now is to hope it isn’t handed over to logistics that’ll delay its delivery.

Icent99:
i do not know if a message to the seller can influence the choice of shipping method, till now no update

Thanks for this, I’ll text the seller to see if they can recall the already shipped package and send it via DHL or FedEx

Icent99:
Meaning hope dey for December 9th people, hopefully this week

Have you been able to get your package?

I ordered a $200 tablet on Sunday, I’ve made the order before coming here to read things AliExpress does and now I’m kinda feeling I just might be in for a long patience and waiting ride. I’ve made previous purchases from AliExpress, all handled by SpeedAf and had no issues at all with them, and that was what made me feel the ordering a tablet from there will be a smooth ride too.

I paid $22 or so for shipping, I don’t know if that will make dem choose a better logistics partner or route for my order cos all my previous orders are choice items and were all free shipping.

Check on your mobile app

I can’t login the mobile app cos for whatever reason, I’m not getting OTP messages on the ODU

Please does anyone knows how I can check when my ODU subscription will expire?

Please what Gen. Is good for water pumping machine and what capacity would you advise I get?
Is Maxi generator good?

I use Maxi E50KWH,

It’s good for pumping machine,

But it sucks fuel like Mad,

About 2.5L per hr - from my own calculations tho and it’s irrespective of the load.

Drgreatone:
Update: So ended up getting a 2kva hybrid inverter early this year cos i needed my freezer powered which those ffl my story wud know. Still kept this inverter as back up and yesterday mistakenly put on the freezer on it and it powered it after a single beep. Turns out it was the fmr battery that cudnt carry my freezer. Now I av 2 inverters capable of carrying my freezer. Tempted to sell it but wit the way price of things are, its a good back up for my system.

Which brand is the 12v hybrid inverter?

Sapiosexuality:
Done. Check your email.

I greet everybody. Officially team 1KVA courtesy powerbox. com. ng. 2 150W felicity solar panels connected in parallel and 1Kwhr Lithium battery.

Would like to upgrade the solar panels to something near 1KW as I need more current to suffice for additional load and remainder for battery charge during the day but for now I dey enjoy the setup for my load need and also learning from other ppl's experience in the thread.

How much did you get it for?

I mean from power box dot com do ng

Sapa choke

What is wrong with 2az engine

Oil burn issue

I just got the Airtel ODU Mehn,

It’s not what I expected at all,

The reviews here made me go for it,

Max speed have gotten on it is 15mbps,

And I noticed when I have it on for some hours, the network starts to misbehave, only WhatsApp messages can be sent or received, every other things won’t load up,

It’s a huge disappointment for me,

I still did 20gb on top of the 200gb that came with it,

Nothing show.

Dozieson:
Bros avoid 2008/2009 with 2AZ engine. it burns oil a lot. Go for the V6 Highlander or Rav 4.
Your corolla is a solid car if not for the ground clearance that you need

Thanks man,

I’ll put that in mind

Please house,

Does anyone have any idea how much 2008/2009 Nigerian Used Rav4 or highlander will cost now?

And if it's a good and reliable car.

I have 2009 Corolla and hoping to switch to a Rav4/Highlander due to a higher ground clearance (Money no dey for Toks now)
