The PO could be oversubscribed and your fund may be tied down for long time before returning the difference from what you are allotted. If the subscription is way over the bar, you may not even get up to 30% unless the company decides to absorb everything which the prospectus did not mention

It's directly deducted from your bank account during processing. From my experience, you don't have to pay before that.

Not to talk of TIP that has small outstanding shares. I see it getting to 15 before the closing date. I might be wrong though. A director bought about 60 million units at market price. Why didn't the guy go for the public offer. Just wondering..

I have already decided to buy the PO this friday and remove eyes. I saw an insider bought a boatload of the stock at around N12 or so just before the PO. What would make someone do that?

Hi everyone. So I justed used the NIBSS edividend mandate service to register my stocks so i could get dividends. It calcuted what seemed like a bill for me (about N800), but didn't give me an opportunity to screen to pay it. Is there something I'm supposed to do?

I recall when Trump first tanked the market with his first tarrif in Feb or so. I nearly wrecked myself buy putting all my free money into NVIDIA when it crashed to about $99. Now I'm up 100% wink

Very few bills had as much attention as this New Tax bill did before being passed, it was debated to death on the floor and they were multiple media rounds. You could have even questioned Taiwo on twitter...but it seemed the important sections just went over everybody's head. Better pay your 25% CGT or put your money in Nvidia. Petition ko, rendition ni.

Don't stress the poor guy. This law had a round of public hearings and nobody said anything...everyone was just spazzing out over VAT rate. The nigerian chambers of trade and commerce and all the association of brokers and other making noise now kept quiet because stocks were pumping. Make una leave Taiwo alone and carry una cross.

I'm buying at every price point. Started when the stock was 500 but now my cost basis is 596. WIll tap out around 610. Aradel ( esp through Renaissance) will gain massively from the AKK and OB3 pipelines when completed. For a country entering into overdrive where gas is concerned (been following the news closely),I see a lot of upside

Lol. there was news yday that it had been launched. I checked online, including their registrars and didn't see any info. I am relativlely new to the NGX, but since I have some Presco shares, I am interested.
