SportsRe: Sacking Amodu Was A Mistake - Odemwingie by deb(m): 5:16pm On Jun 23, 2010
I don't like people who talk with the two sides of their mouth.
That was a dissapointing statement in my opinion from Osaze.
It is clear that the lack of a guaranteed shirt under Largs is his problem. Really that is the way it should be if we want our team
to be competitive. He should shut his dirty mouth up!

SportsRe: Funny!- If Nigeria Was To Host World Cup by deb(m): 10:09pm On Jun 21, 2010
Mpele:
Don't even think about it! It would be the worst in the history of FIFA! Your country is not ready to host such an event, just concentrate on hosting Under 17 events!
What the f.uck are you talking about? There is no competition that we cannot host if the right people are allowed to do it especially our corporate organisations. The only challenge in Nigeria is that the corrupt politicians will not allow the right people to do it. For your information it is not only Under-20 that we've hosted before we hosted Under-20 in 1999 which is next to the senior world cup and it was very successful if not even ironically better than the Under-17 that we hosted recently 2009.

Exactly!
SportsRe: The Three Worse Players And Three Best Players Of Supper Eagles Are? by deb(m): 6:45pm On Jun 21, 2010
Osaze only flopped in our last match and he only played the first-half?
I still remember he was a torn in the flesh of Argentina with Obafemi Martins.
SportsRe: Exit Door Looms For All African Teams;Ghana please help save us from shame by deb(m): 6:40pm On Jun 21, 2010
This is Africa's worst world cup in recent time going by the number of slots and the reflection of her performances on the tables after the second round of matches

In as much as i am a proponent of continuity in our football set up, i dont think Lagerback is the right man and his contract should not be renewed. In his short time in charge, Super Eagles have made their worst performance ever. There's nothing promising from Lagerback.
I doubt if you are a proponent of continuity.

@Poster

That is a great post from you. The era of instant gratification for Nigeria as a country in every aspect of our lives must stop. The only reason why people will lik the Amodu style of coaching is because of the backward thinking of instant gratification which will only give them a short term success. Football development is it and that is what it should be if we must achieve anything meaning and sustainable in the football circle. We should retain Largs for at least another 4years to develop our football because that is what we need. We could see the improvement in the super Eagles play in his short time but that is not enough we should allow him develop the team to an unbeatable state and to achieve that we need development programmes like the likes of brazil, Argentina, Spain, Germany, Holland and the rest of world football powers
SportsRe: Inter President,Masimmo Moratti Promises To Deliver Haruna Lukman To Benitez by deb(m): 6:05pm On Jun 21, 2010

SportsRe: Eagles Must Apply Pressure Says Christian Chukwu by deb(m): 5:12pm On Jun 21, 2010
Well, Chukwu might have made a valid point but I remember the Eagles were no good under him. The same Eagles that was in disarray under him
scored 10goals in two matches of the 2006 world cup qualifiers when Eguavoen took over. It was a complete turn around with Eguavoen and we could
have probably qualified if he had been sacked early enough by NFF then
SportsRe: Lgerback Contract To Be Extended by deb(m): 5:05pm On Jun 21, 2010
THE BEST NEWS TO HAVE COME FROM THE NIGERIAN FA IN RECENT TIME.
AT LEAST THE ERA OF INSTANT GRATIFICATION IS ABOUT TO GIVE WAY FOR PROPER FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT.

MAYBE THERE'S HOPE FOR NIGERIAN FOOTBALL AFTERALL BECAUSE I AM JUST ON THE VERGE OF GIVING UP ON NFF
BUT WITH THIS NEW DECISION THERE IS HOPE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT AFRICAN TEAMS NEED EXCEPT WE WANT TO BE
ACHIEVING SUCCESSES THAT WE CAN NOT REPEAT IN 10YEARS AS IT IS OUR PRACTISE.
Please, can someone put in Christain Chukwu as a coach. . .

I mean we need real Nigerian Coaches that feel our loss and pain not a foreigner as coach.
IF WE MUST MENTION NIGERIAN COACHES FOR SUPER EAGLES HE SHOULD NOT BE LESS THAN SIASIA AND EGUAVEON.
CHUKWU? NO WAY!

Kgdavid:
dont mind him. how can you say that was a coming together of players when all replays show that kaka clearly saw him coming and clearly extended his elbow into his chest, off the ball. you only saw keita's dive abi? there is no nation that posseses such an impressive collection of divers as brazil. from lucio to kaka they are a bunch of sly cheats. but i bet you would vouch for luis fabiano as the cleanest player ever right?
I disagree with you. Keita's attitude was shameful. Am not so surprised all KAitas and KEitas seem to have something in common.
Meanwhile, Argentina is the undisputed diving footballing nation of all time NOT Brazil.

Don't you people know how hard it is to ref? That Ikpeba goal was almost impossible to see.
The more reason why I think FIFA need to add technology to the use of decision making.
All we need is a fifth official seating in front of a TV to watch replays and with his ear-phone on, he tells the ref on the field what the correct decision should be thats all it doesn't take 30seconds

bawomolo:
ikpeba made it worse by his reaction after the kick. he himself didnt think it went in
He reacted very unprofessionally yet a good referees decision should not be based on the reaction of players he should have opened his eyes

SportsRe: 10 Men Socerroos(australian Team) Vs Super Eagles(nigeria), Compare! by deb(m): 9:31am On Jun 20, 2010
We have a bunch of unprofessional players whose weaknesses are covered up by their various team mates in their respective clubs.
I watched with bewilderment how they collapsed after the red card. Sometimes it is after the red card that players step up their game and
even get very difficult to play because each player assumes he's playing the role of 2. It wasn't the case with our superduck players.
I use to think our players were average players until I realized that day that they were far below average. No wonder none of them plays in
any big club except Mikel and none of them ever get nominated for any CAF award.
SportsRe: Out Of Order: Kaita Receives Death Threats After Red Card by deb(m): 8:02pm On Jun 19, 2010

I don't see any reason why anyone should ask him to shut up?
We hate the truth in Nigeria. Is it not the likes of Okocha, Segun Odegbami, John Fashanu and other and progressive minded people that should be running our football?

I think it is high time that a bill should be passed that anybody seeking any political office in Nigeria must be a tertiary institution graduate.
What if we have somebody with the brain of Bill Gates who chose to opt out of tertiary education?
Proper screening is what I will recommend. Its not everybody that went to the university that is also intelligent at least in Nigeria I can tell
SportsRe: Lagerback's Fate: Should He Be Sacked Too? by deb(m): 8:06am On Jun 19, 2010
GOD PUNISH All OF YOU that were critisizing amodu. ( i wont mention names) sebi you were all yelling for foreing coach, now you have one. two competitive matches. 2 losses. to you, our own is never good enough. someone delivered a world cup spot, nations cup medal( even though it was bronze) played 16 matches without a loss. yet you were not satisfied. some of you idiots are saying the oyinbo dint have time. didnt you know there was no time when you we asking amodu to be sacked? sebi you wanted a magician now you are seeing magic. shioorrrrrr
Your level of reasoning must be low because people should be entitled to their own opinion
SportsRe: Espn Commentators Vilify Malian Referee by deb(m): 7:46am On Jun 19, 2010
I mentioned Issa Hayatou because I remember I saw him taking off that same night with his team at the Airport.
He is a thief and should have been sacked! Football like I said is far too attached to people's emotional than for its decisions to be toiled with

Amodu still has a contract with the NFF.
Only a man who has no self respect in the position of Amodu will believe he still has a job under NFF
SportsRe: Amodu Vs Largerback: Who Is The Worst? by deb(m): 7:35am On Jun 19, 2010
Sagamite:
This is your sensible reason?

You think black coaches have the same chances as white coaches?

So what you have effectively said is that whites are more inteligent as there are more whites get coaching jobs more than blacks after their playing career.
If that is your own interpretation of my comment so be it for you.

I just got myself a VTC on Cinema 4D yesterday. I really feel encouraged to learn with the works have seen here.
My reason for wanting to learn 4D is to be able to created some great background for Music Video of which I could use when shooting a green screen video.

I know that learning 4D could take some months but i wouldn't mind to work with some of you established cinema 4d pros here.

Again they are azzholes.
SportsRe: Amodu Vs Largerback: Who Is The Worst? by deb(m): 9:28pm On Jun 18, 2010
First it is not a matter of foreign vs local coach that is mediocrity thinking. We should focus on competence. Siasia is a local coach and he is fantastic in his right and will always get the commendation of the football fans not for his skin or where he came from but his mode of victories and performances.

Now to answer you.

If NFF sacks Largerback today, he will get another job from a serious country with future plans in maximum of 2months but since Amodu was sacked how many countries have contacted him? Not even Tanzania.

I don't like the idea of win anyhow even at the detriment of developing our football for sustainable success like Brazil, Germany and Italy are doing
