I think it's so common amongst the SS and SE. The parents always wanting to control their childrens marriage meanwhile during their own time, nobody disturbed them. Yoruba's don't behave like this .

Since your father wants fertility test from her,you can go ahead, that shouldn't change anything cos even after marriage, you'll still run these tests at some point especially when you're trying get a child.

So run the test, show him the results but whatever it may, positive or negative results, if you truly love the girl, don't change your stand.

lastly,don't give your parents room to run your home, it can ruin your home. Try to balance it, give your parents the required respect and also give your wife the required respect, cos both of them matter in your life but don't let any interference.

This point should even be number one. Do not neglect the welfare of your your media team. It is very easy to be caught up with activities and not notice everything. It is not always nice for your photographer who has been at work since like 5am to start hustling for rice when the event is about to come to a close. The sad thing is, those food vendors have zero regard for photographers. I can't fathom our offence. Why would you bring a very cold rice that doesn't have meat and spoon for the photography team? I have two permanent spoons in my bag because food vendors believe photographers must eat rice with their hands! Your photographer is human. How do you want them them feel while looking at our pictures? (Na this bride no give us food that day o.) I have personally photographed events where the welfare of the media team was not a priority and i have photographed events where the media team were treated like kings. I know the difference.
