Anyone with a BRAIN knows governments always sponsor chaos as a means to invade, kill, and destroy a group of people. Unknown gunmen is a creation of the Nigerian government to harass and kill innocent Igbos.

Oil is gradually phasing out, as a form of energy, Federal government should rather improve existing oil platforms, refinery, wells etc, rather than wasting scarce funds on supposed oil wells up North. Utilize public funds efficiently. World protocols are moving into cleaner energy, we have the water, sun, waste etc, to gradually move into renewable energy...we can still create more dams in the meantime. Exploring oil in the North, is not smart, economically, government must invest in more viable areas.
