Quite overrated. |
Power of the rule of law. |
If we look at the amount of funds that has been spent in this fight, then the results is disapointing. |
I have a question, all the crude being sold, taxes, both direct and indirect being paid by citizenry and companies, revenues from land, air and sea ports, all these trillions...what benefit does the citizenry enjoy? Are we cursed to utilise all our revenue to foot the bill and lifestyle of these polithiefcians, they do not even provide infrastructure...the least government can do is subsidize electricity/food for the people. |
Snitching/sell out glue...nonsense ![]() |
The President has too much powers, he is a servant of the people,we need to amend our constitution, else all we will keep recycling is ass licking governors, senators and rep members. |
Go and fix roads, fix drainages, no be only enforcement una go dey sharp. |
Good for you, too much of everything is bad, too much fornication with different women can lead you to health and other problems, the best thing is self control...keeping to yourself can also be a sign of outgrowing certain circles and people, not neccesarily a bad thing, unless you are avoiding people that are willing to work with you to make money, or real friends, too much crowd cause problems and drama. |
[quote author=joeyfire post=91666258]Its because of Alpha Beach that I laugh at all people who say Fashola was a good governor. It was under his government that the ocean took over the coastal road that leads to okun-ajah and he didnt even notice talkless of intervene. Sanwo-Olu seems like a good guy to be honest if his attention is drawn to it he might take action[/quote I hope Sanwo Olu prove critics wrong, people say he was put there to satisfy the political cabal, not the people. |
adenigga:maybe we need to stage a protest on the bad infrastructure across board, it is a mess...how can we keep paying tax, but our city is a big slum...we spend too much money buying car parts and fixing cars cos of bad roads. |
adenigga:This is an open call, from.a citizen, for government to take action...what is your point. |
As tax payers, the people deserve good roads,.i heard Sanwo Olu saying they will repair roads, but some major roads, like the Ibeju Lekki axis of the Lekki expressway is unpassable, as well as the Alpha beach road Lekki expressway...when Ambode was in power, we witnessed more construction and fixing of roads and public infrastructure, but this present Sanwo Olu administration is performing poorly...this is not what lagosians bargained for when they agreed for Sanwo Olu to be brought in by Tinubu...please it is infrastructure that benefits the people, the politicians enjoy the loot, people let us agitate and protests for government to give us infrastructure, otherwise they will loot all the money. |
Akpabio, this man greedy. |
Our system is too lenient on corrupt public officers, breach of public trust is a serious offence elsewhere, coupled with embezzlement, we need stiffer laws. |
Abuse of naira, this is shameful, they should show good example...why not package the money and give to the couple... |

Nigerian police, how was he terrorising the people ![]() |
Apt... Aside the petition on the bullion vans written about Tinubu, what about Ganduje? What about Adams Oshiomhole, the former National chairman of APC?" " These are people that from all available facts and evidences, petitions were written against and submitted to the EFCC. Was there any investigation carried out by Magu? Definitely, his anti-corruption war is selective". "Most times, it is also based on the issue of appointment of the EFCC chairperson. The President makes the appointment and it is confirmed by the Senate". "When you have that kind of situation and you expect the EFCC chairman to probe his men, it will be very difficult for such an Individual except you are God. They will mess you up". |
