Any good physical instructor will tell you the importance of the other two- while getting your physical strength goals. Physical fitness is not all about lifting weights around. There is plenty of mind working and personal discipline involved.

You can imagine how many are turning the topic into jokes. And you wonder why our youth are dying after "brief illnesses"!

I cannot tell the benefit that keeping fit (personal gym) has done for me! Years ago, 5years to be precise, it was really difficult. But with personal discipline and willingness, my day is almost empty without my 90monster minutes (as I call my fitness time).

I even create time at midnight (to deal with the possibility of no time in the day)
