The only place I feel uncomfortable at in Lagos, even their traffic lights na set up. If you're moving slowly in traffic the light will just turn red above your head and you won't know. It happened to one Highlander in my front and they pounced on him

I took my offline customer to tinubu square today, fcmb headquarters and I was to take her back. I saw those parking spaces but I didn't look twice, I had to go and park at court of appeal. Na so, I was coming back from Ibadan one year like that around 2007 and this Mazda bus driver was behaving like an animal on the road. He got to one police check point and even turn of his lights and chased the police men out of confusion they all ran and leave the road some even entered bush. Lol, I was enjoying the whole show.
He turn towards me and said with all seriousness "I am a terror on the in the night" though I was scared because it was late in the night I had to maintain and since then I always say to myself I will be a terror while handling the wheels whether day or night.
If they succeed in blocking me I won't open door or wind down I will be begging and block the road until they get tired or I see space to run.
My eyes are always on my head, God have been with me too. Na only once I enter CBD guys hand since then I swore not to fall for any of them unless I had no option, I go to CMS anytime of the day and pick riders sometimes they come I run while sometimes they will just be there we will be looking at each other eye to eye.

If you can rise around 1.3m ,buy a tokunbo 04 to 05 civic ...since you are the owner, you will enjoy it and save money on fuel. Do regular oil change with full synethic.... Take care of it and it will serve you well...

Drive it consistently for a year before you compare it with Corolla and camry that are used for Uber without major complaints

A Corolla with 1k fuel will take you from ikeja to sangoteado to and fro ..( even tho it's not advisable cos you might end up stressing the fuel pump) but which other brand can do that?

Before going into uber ..optima 07 was my first choice, until I was discourage not to use it.. I was new into the business at that time .... The optima looked more study and cooperate looking

I use Kia Optima 2011 & I can tell you both Corolla and Camry of the same year can not stand beside it either in luxury or performance

As school resumes. I got an offline to drop 3kids that lives in my compound off their school and back. 7:30/4pm.
Parents say they'd pay 40k monthly. But deal doesn't sound well with me for the following reason.

1. It will disturb my 5am morning runs.
2. What about when I'm not closed to their vicinity after close hour?
3. The mum said she'll go with them a few days because one of the kid is still very young. (1/5mnths). This means I'll bring her back before going my way.
4. The mum might want to stop stop and buy buy on the way as we journey to/from school.
5. 40k is not a big pay for such duty because the children school bus, they were paying 68k per child when it was just two of the kids in the school tho.
6. Uber/Bolt distance for the trip is 800. Hence to and fro for one month is 32k.


Now I don't know how to handle this. I haven't responded to their deal yet. Told them I'll get back to them.

Don't take the deal, it will disorganize you and affect your online earnings massively plus you'll burn more fuel driving empty to pick them up. Overall this type of commitment will frustrate you in the end except the location of their school is a hot spot

I don't know if this is called laziness or tiredness . I set out like 11am this
mrng to find requests(I stay around ilupeju) and for more than one hour no gbagaun. I just drove inside spar ilupeju, got myself a nice meal and headed home.

It may be tiredness if it's just a one off, but if it happens repeatedly it is the other one
