and I can see there is someone saying things about his seminars-endless seminars and folks get hung up by reading books common grow uppppppp no one forced u to come down to his seminar(s) and no one forved u to read his books. its 4 ur GOOD if u get knackered there is always a door/way out of the seminar hall innit? and u also said ur mum thought u thing that wat u read from his books are not new.kk. did i expect u to say ur mum didnt teach u abt investment? nah to me wat u trying 2 say is that ur mum knows somethings abt investment good 4 u but am hapi u said u learnt something from reading his books

dont employ your boyfriend or your girl friend seriouly dont employ them as STAFF ooo but you might be business partner(s) unless you want your girl/boyfriend to ruiin your business.
1. they will want to tell you whats good for your biz.
2. they will be looking out for mistakes that are made by other employee which is bad for a biz
3. other employee wont like it.
4. some people wont want to ave a go @ their boy/girlfriend if he/she makes mistakes
I have had a thought about this I dont really think I can even employ my family as an employee

man nottingham? i will advice you 2 stay on campus 4 @ least 1 semester bcoz of the kind of life up here. you tend to be more safer on campus ( depending on ur personality anyway) and the cost of living on campus is cheaper to living outside the campus. it fairly close to the train station and good life in campus and maybe u might end up in a room in my ex-room in derby hall (no 11) man its ganna be wicked but take it easy ooo. its ur choice anyway

I think real estate would be the best one to go for but you can get a plot of land-as you said -for less than 300K.but if you know how to play your cards right, you could invest in both. you can spent 3/4 on the plot of land ( i guess people use different measurement) and spend the other 1/4 on buying stocks ( i mean stocks of a correct company) honnestly if i was the one , this is what I'll do.
@ fammie, I know what u trying to say here but to be honest it better to invest into assets thats you can keep for long and you know you are the one controlling your investment statement than invest in first bank as you said
