Mama and Papa and moju moju na serious play those days o, especially during hols when the adults must have gone to work and at nights when there was no light. Those were the sweet days. |
Mr becomerich, i don't know the point you are trying to make. Showing satellite images and crying that where you are from there are no roads, i'm sure there are roads leading to Ota farm and many more inside the farm - you can start your cry from there. You showed a picture of shanty houses along the creeks, depicting Ijawland and asked us to compare with modern structures in Abuja. I ask you, have you really been to Ijawland (outside the creeks)? There are even nice looking houses in the creeks, built on sandfilled parts, gradually transforming the creeks into cities. Have you been to any of the major cities in Ijawland? I'm still wondering the point someone is trying to make by comparing a modern structure in the capital city of the federation with shanty houses along creeks. Even in Abuja there are shanty towns with shanty houses and the people living there are living below the standard of living in the average yoruba city. If your people do not have roads, whose fault is it? When the Igboman was planning building houses and creating roads that would lead to the houses your people were busy sharing plots of land amongst themselves, leaving portions for generations unborn and building in tight spaces. On your lands are the most natural resources in the country, what do you do with them? Absolutely nothing. Your people used to work hard, farm and cultivate alot to feed the country. Now, you're building houses on every inch of space you have on your land. Stop crying foul here blaming everyone else, when you are the cause of your own wahala. |

Since she contested for the 48kg and not the 17 years old category i think she did well and deserved the gold, and some people who have not done anything good for their streets should just shut up and clap. Does anyone know how Onyeka Azike fared? |
Kabarka. . . i believe you're taking your time to prepare a very comprehensive houdout for us all, hence your long absence. |
Just seeing this thread for the first time. Kabarka, you're doing great here. I have N900K and a virgin land somewhere in Ibadan. I want to venture into a lucrative biz. For this particular biz what are the equipments i'll need and their costs, and how do i go about registering with NAFDAC? Based on your response to these more questions may come. My email is dagogo_dick@yahoo.com. Thanks. |
I'm really interested in this haulage biz. Good ideas and suggestions, and equally good questions and answers. My case is this: I have N900k, i want to acquire a truck (most likely not for petroleum products) and get a manager to run the whole show based on an agreed ROI. I want to know the spec that N900k can get and the goods it will be best at carrying. Thanks. More indepth responses and proposals can be sent to dagogo_dick@yahoo.com |
We are in the same boat here. Only that i have a job and would welcome any investment that would yield a monthly returns of 7% or thereabout without me stressing my head. |
A friend of mine has the Nokia 5330 Mobile DSTV she wants to sell after 2 weeks at a giveaway price. The phone is still brand new with everything intact. Interested? Call me on 07069322622. |
Interesting. Please help me with the settings. 07081917424 nokia 6220c |
I'm so heartbroken, GEJ disappointed me. If this is the way he's going to carry on with his administration then he won't have the support of many Nigerians come 2011. His rescinding only shows he hurriedly made decisions, or he wasn't properly advised on how to handle the issue. He took a stance and more Nigerians were happy than unhappy about it and trusted completely in his discretion. But he had to turn around. That's a major BAD. |
ashengun:I'm sure you're not providing shops in place of houses for people to live in just because of the difficulties. Almost everyone here is talking about accommodation - where to live in. |
mukina2:Same goes here, until those idiots at BBC stop calling us those names every time. |
