First of all, what happened to the company's graphic designer and brand manager or what will happen to him should all these people now gets engaged with innoson?

Just look very closely, you will see that it is triangular in shape hence, has a balanced grip on the ground. Nothing is wrong with unconventional building shapes of foursquares.
