I think the op is forgetting something that the system is not made for the poor, people don't give birth to more children because they can, they do so because of security reasons. if you check most third world country, poor people mostly give birth to more children at least if one dies you wouldn't worry much, rich people have the money for security so they hardly give birth to more children, you could see this fact in first world country where the system works well, despite being rich would hardly give birth to more than three. Logically @Op your point might make sense Logically but economically it doesn't, if the system works for the poor, they wouldn't have to worry about security thereby giving birth to fewer children.

I was/am an awardee of PTDF LSS scholarship and I can tell you that since laptops were given to us, we didn't see any cash reward up till now. Then, we made numerous calls to the then coordinator and sent several mails all to no avail.

I'm glad someone has put this up now so the monumental fraud in that sector can be put to an end.(one time the person that picked the call on the phone number on their site requested for money before he can help us. Imagine!)

PS: We're all graduates now though 'patiently waiting' to get alert of all that was/is accrued to us one day.,

(LSS), but as far as I know, competing with folks with 2.1 and first-class is a mountain hard to climb but not impossible. your experience plus certification and extraordinary SOP will do wanders though....hope that helps

My name came out for this LSS I just saw the mail recently that I have been awarded. To be honest I jokenly applied for the scholarship, I was surprised my name came out. My question now is what next? And how much do they pay? Do I have to start for 100l again?
