I appreciate your precious time. Congrats once more! |

Lexusgs430: Documents submitted in for two, would not exceed 6...... Copy of your biometric page, Sorry if I am. What I meant was, would they request for registry wedding certificate and TB test certificate at biometric session. I'm trying to find out if she need to send these via my dad or take them to biometric and send to me using premium service to receive in time for Sheffield. I'm just reading this on TLS "From the 5th of December customers applying for a UK visa in Nigeria will benefit from digital improvements to the UK visa application process. Supporting documents will be scanned whilst customers are at the visa application centre, and then given straight back immediately. These digital documents will then be sent securely to UKVI, with the passport, and visa officers will then consider the application in the usual way. This new process allows customers to retain their important supporting documents during the application process. This development is made available to customers using both our standard and Priority Visa services. Apart from an applicant’s passport, all supporting documents will, where possible, be handed back at the Visa Application Centre after they have been scanned. All documents submitted by customers applying for PBS Tier 1, 2, 4 and 5, EEA applications and other settlement and non-visit visas will be scanned at the Visa Application Centre and sent electronically securely to UKVI. In order to avoid delays in the Visa Application Centre it is recommended that customers follow the instructions below: • Bring your original passport (or travel document) and residence permit/national ID card (if applicable); • Bring A4 copies of all of your supporting documents. Copies should be of reasonably good quality to be readable when scanned. Use coloured copies if necessary. • If you would like to submit an old passport or a sponsor’s passport as supporting document, then you must provide copies of it as well; • Remove any staples, clips or pins from documents before submitting them. Presenting the documents in the format set out above will allow us to scan them more quickly, return them and reduce waiting times at the Visa Application Centre. |

Lexusgs430: She sends all documents to you, when your Dad arrives on holiday..... Hello Lexus, Would my wife and daughter need all of their supporting documents with the exception of their passports when she go for biometric in Ikeja? My dad will be coming to the UK before she go for her TB test appointment and biometric due to grandma funeral. I'm not sure if the people in Ikeja would ask for all these documents if she send them to me via my dad for me to send to Sheffield. Hope I'm not confusing you or anyone else? Thanks |

Lexusgs430: Send her a copy via WhatsApp, but it's generally not required at POE....... She will be going for it in June and mid July due to grandma funeral and will get the other documents when my dad arrives UK for holiday. I'm looking at my options, the only thing that would delay us is a TB test. |

Lexusgs430: If you paid priority and application was successful. You would be enjoying UK summer now. I heard the summer is in full swing now......
We emphasis on priority application for one simply reason, you take out the possibility of developing HBP...... Quick question for you, Would I include a TB test with other documents to sheffield or for my wife to keep and take it with her on departing from Lagos to Uk when she get her visa? Thanks |

Lexusgs430: I thought newly qualified Band 5's wages ranges from £21K?
You have stated 2 figures (£15.5 & £30K). What do you presently earn now, and also going back 6 months?
Do you stay alone in the 3 bedroom property? Rented or mortgaged?
At times, a DNA test is usually required, to ascertain true paternity....... I got married 2015 while I was a student and had a baby during my holidays to Nigeria as written in support letter. I work for a private nursing home on 30k annual salary, i.e. 12 months salary. However, I've only earned £15,500k since last year November. I'm the only one living in the rented house. £15 per hour on 38.5 hrs a week. Wish me good luck. |

Aphrodite007: Yes you pay an extre fee for priority. No, she doesn't need to take those documents to TLS, she will be instructed on what to take when she books her biometrics. She is meant to forward all the documents to you in the UK, then you add your own set of documents and forward everything to the above address.
For your benefit, I would advise you to read backwards by a few pages. Thank you. |

The 2.0 drives automatically especially when on Windows 8,10 if you're still experiencing issues with all USB port then it might be a hardware problem. I acknowledge Udem's previous advices. in addition, use google to get to device manager and look for universal serial bus controllers and click the + sign and right click everything with usb and click on properties for power management and uncheck allow this device to turn off to save power. If no joy after that take it to a repairer. Good luck |

7agaza: Good day house. Please am using HP 650. my laptop battery drains even when the system is off.
Like after charging the battery, I wil come back after a while and meet the battery empty even when the system is off. Level: Easy [b] You will need to connect your charger to mains prior to test Restart the laptop and keep pressing f10 or other f key as per displayed start up menu during boot. You'll see bios blue screen. use your keyboard arrow keys to scroll to diagnostics or power management and run me a battery test to confirm battery status.
Alternatively, download HP battery test and ensure is compatible with your windows version. Similarly, you could try another battery as per my colleague advice.
Good luck |

Crime › Re: Father Of 2 Killed By Fulani Herdsmen In Ekiti State. Graphic Photos by deji2009(m): 10:11pm On Feb 11, 2018 |
dainformant: Suspected herdsmen said to identified as Bororos have allegedly killed a father of two, Olayemi Tunde, 32, in Ipao Ekiti in Ikole Local Government Area of Ekiti State. He was killed on Sunday afternoon while he was returning from his farm.
It was gathered that Olayemi, a commercial motorbike driver who also has a farm in the farm settlement in Ipao Ekiti had gone to his farm to harvest some cassava when he met his death.
The tragic incident has thrown the town into confusion as palpable fear have gripped them.
Narrating how the incident happened, Chairman of Ikole Local Government Area, Mrs. Abiola Ajayi, who briefed newsmen on the tragic development via the telephone, said: " The deceased was an Okada operator who has a farm in the settlement. He had gone to his farm to harvest some cassava . He was with one other person. They were heading back to town from the farm and have loaded the motorbike with cassava when they saw some Fulani herdsmen coming towards them. They two of them were said to have been surprised at seeing the herdsmen. They said it was at that point the herdsmen brought out their gun and the two of the farmers had to run for their life.
" The Bororos were said to have pursued the two men and eventually got Olayemi who they massacred like a cow.
"We have reported the matter to the nearest police station and the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) has since swung into action and sent two vehicles and they have gone to the scene of the murder to take the corpse and also commence investigation, " she said.
Head of the local hunters in the community, Mr Adebayo Odeyemi sounded very angry on the development.
He said the hunters have declared war on the herdsmen and would not allow such development to be repeated.
He continued, "we haven't attacked any herdsman but they have killed one person in the community now and right now, we will ensure they are not allowed to do this again.
"We are valiant men not cowards and we will face them this time around defend the community, defend the farms. They have massacred one of us mercilessly and this won't happen again.

MreSBee: Morning @deji2009
If you meet all the requirements (this is me assuming you know all the other requirements) and you earn £15 per hour and work for 38.5 hours per week....Trust me you’re good to go with that kind of income even as you intend to bring not just your wife but a daughter. However you must wait until you’re six months or more on the new job so the best time for you to apply should be around June 2018.
Please note that it is absolutely very important to meet all the other requirements ooo. I.e proof of marriage, communication and contacts with your spouse; proof of English language; accommodation etc. If not sure... read up this forum from page 1 to current page as gurus here always advice. Cheers and best of luck Thanks |

I wondered if I could start my application in 4 months time or wait until August or September. Thanks |

If you applied standard then you've done the right thing calling them. As they have escalated it then it should be sent to the appropriate team for processing. Hello Did your wife went to Lagos Embassy as part of the process ? Secondly, did you posted additional documents to your wife to take to Lagos? Thanks |
