danowena:Thank you all for the analysis, though somewhat exaggerated. The community is accessible by road even during rainy season. However there are two major portion (recently filled with rubbles) that are always a source of concern especially the front of the Baale's Palace spanning about 10 metres. The community can be accessed through Ologolo Main Entrance itself (Just Before Agungi Bus Stop), Igbo Ifon, Via Jakande and through Bar-Beach Road. The goodnews is that plans are on the way to fix the road once the raining season is over. We hope this materializes in the shortest possible time. |

Thank you for your comments. The agency is not mine. It for people I have appointed to keep watch of the place. This is why it is at the minimal amount of 5%. The commission obviously will go to my lawyer for the paper works for the agreement and other related paper matters to be agreed on. I believe judging by the location of the property, the features I have tried to give to the apartment and the current value of properties generally, this is one of the best bargains you can get. Price was initially fixed at 650k. But I decided to review to 550k because I considered the former price an overkill for a 2 bedded. You could do your search and check how much it costs to rent an apartment around Agungi. still Available |

I think the learned Barrister missed this one. War is expensive, unconventional war much more. We need the support of G7 even if for military training alone |

An umpire must be seen to be unbiased. Moderators, to be fair this post should be the original post on FP. It had live pictures before the actual event, was being updated with live pictures from the event, was relatively devoid of any form of hate or abuse and was objective . Moreover, it was only moved to the front page after alot of plea from posters despite the excuses about it not being the APC primaries. @ Seun please try not to refer to people's protest or comments as poo. You are a public figure and despite the fact that you own nairaland, it has become the people's platform for expressing their view. you have the power to moderate comments and contributions but never again refer to people's comments as poo. It is unbecoming of a statesman. Please do apologize and do the needful posterity beckons. Let us be the change we preach. |
Man UTD thought the young David Moyes would be able to lead them to the promise Land but alas they had to run back to the experience of the old Van Gaal to rescue their declining fortunes under David Moyes. Chelsea thought the young Adrea Vilas Boas will be the one to take them to the promise land but alas they had to run back to the experience of Mourinho to make them formidable again. Arsenal fans complain about Wenger but I will encourage them to beware of haste generalization. Arsenal would have won the league if other teams didn't keep spending heavily to improve their squads. This is not to say that young coaches are not doing well but experience shows that young folks are often better at building on a well laid structure. Pep Guadiola built on the structures left him (Both at Barca and Bayern). Others who tried to build themselves are still struggling (Klopp (Dortmund), Diego Simeone (Atletico) and Rodgers (Liverpool) comes to mind). They have shown signs of brillance but are largely still struggling to be consistent. The current political and economic climate in Nigeria cannot and will never bring out the best in any young politician. They may get choked with the Mirad of problems. I put it to all that perhaps a Fashola wouldn't have been able to perform when all hell was let loose on Lagos in OBJ's bid to secure Lagos for the PDP. Fashola thrived because he built on what Tinubu left. Unfortuantely even Jonathan came into a mess and has not been able to fix the country not necessarily because he is bad, but the problems of the nation are perhaps beyond what he has the capacity to handle. He might just be suffering from the Adrea Vilas Boas syndrome, skillful but immature and surrounded by the old guard who wouldn't co-operate A Buhari has experience, is old and definitely couldn't be much interested in looting now. Furthermore, experience has also shown that most men become wiser as they age, they look back and see all their past mistakes or inactions and long for an opportunity to correct them and make an impact. Many who have held or occupied positions will understand this principle. My take Let Buhari correct the ills in a single 4 year term till 2019 and then let Jonathan continue from 2019 to 2023 (the four years in the wilderness would have opened his eyes to all the areas he could have fully met the expectations of the people). Let us debate as honourable men and women. God Bless Nigeria |

GMB/Yemi Osinbajo will surely trouble PDP somewhat. The south west is still the only zone in the pendulum other zones have already pitched their tents. The real politicking will be in the south west. |
kagari:When 2face steps into politics then the opposition will surely dig up his past misdeeds and amplify them on the pages of newspapers. I think Buhari will need an accomplished administrator to compliment whatever he hopes to bring to the table. Fashola's seeming grassroot support can not upturn the number of religious folks out there who still nurse the fear of Islamization (though practically not achieveable). I think a Buhari/Yemi Osinbajo ticket will really make the election competitive. Yemi Osinbajo has much appeal within Christian cycles and will surely attract alot of votes especially from RCCG and will go a long way to lend some credence to the integrity claim APC wishes to use as their selling point come 2015. |
The charges for raised floor is usually slightly different and doesn't follow the N50 per block rule, but even at that for what you have described I think 450K for Mason is still on the High side. You can review posts from Spyder880 for a rough idea of what to expect. I think except you are contracting it out N250k max should be sufficient for Mason charges. |

I am building a a twin 2 bedroom and my total cost came to approx 1 million. I think the roofing cost depends on a lot of factors ; 1. Size of building 2. Height of king pole. 3. The design of the roof 4. Type of wood. 5. Thickness of aluminium material and brand. |
