Thanks for your insight. True, I saw the interest has been invested and I am yet to see the newly accrued interest...fingers crossed. I'd check-up with the bank on the SMS notification. emmasoft: NB: It's end of a quarter, they are balancing their books with dividend payment or re-investment depending on option of clients. Most likely by today or before Friday you will see all the accrued interest in your account. Notice that if you opt for reinvestment of dividend by now you would have seen ii reinvested. Getting sms is normal when you login to your account. |

Is anyone else not getting SMS notifications after logging in to the FBN app?
Also, interest from Monday and Tuesday are t reflecting till now.
Please drop your observations. |

Read up from the first page. That’ll give you good background information on MMF, then you can decide if this is a good investment portfolio for the old man. You need to confirm what the old man would want to have his money into first. You can’t commit the funds without his knowledge or recourse to his intent. You should read up on other investments windows. Abdin1: Hello. My father recently retired; though he has not been paid his retirement benefits (still processing it), I am looking for good investment options for him. He has really suffered in this life, so I want him to enjoy the fruits of his labour. I spoke with a friend about this, and he said something about investing in mutual funds. Please I want to really know more about it and then I need advice on good options to take. |

Really can’t say, cause I’ve not done much of that recently. But I presume same procedure would apply given it’s also an international payment platform. Just work around it to see what works, and sure keep asking. Novartis: Thanks.
How about Google Ads, what works best for it? |

It's not activated for an International transaction. Get Zenith Bank or FCMB Mastercard and add it to your Nigerian Paypal to make payment. Alternatively, switch to Naira payment on Facebook. Novartis: Hello guys
Please is access bank card working for online payment?

Cc FlipMac Read this! lexi28: hi, my suggestion. buy a small laptop power bank (comes with 300w inverter), it costs between 35-40k. buy a 150w panel, costs less than 30k. connect both together. both are available from various vendors on jiji.
if you have like 6hrs of PHCN supply per day where you are presently, you are okay. the Powerbank will charge via PHCN and also with the solar panel.
you can buy LED bulbs, 2nos of 3w LED (like #450/pc) should be okay for lighting. a fully charged power bank will run your laptop for at least 8hrs. you can use the power bank while its charging from the solar panel.
this is cheaper than your costs of relocation. and whenever you do decide to relocate, these stuff are portable and easy to transport.
Godspeed. |

Interesting. Thanks for your insight and time. Should I need an apartment in that area, I'll surely reach out to you. Best! greggng: The only challenge gemade has is their water...I was told a pipe busted in past and affected some part of gemade. As a result fuel mixes with their water. Same with part of baruwa. My nebor goes to work close to USA embassy everyday from here. He lives home very early . From 5 am ...you have to understand the terrain to be able to adapt to it. The moment you live home early you will beat the hold up and before you know it, you are already in Ikeja. From Gowon estate , you can drive straight to alagunto or navigate to the express via egbeda ....let me also tell you that we have very good schools , hospitals and hotels here. The current challenges we are having now is the road here are getting bad....but the authorities are looking at it... because I sell cars I hardly go out of Gowon ...currently is becoming a business hub....the whole world is now coming to Gowon estate to buy car....economic activities here are booming . There is nothing you are looking for that you can't find here. At my back yard is area b command....a few miles from there you will get army formation at command...is a complete residential area
2bedroom goes for 500k
3 bedroom 750 to 800k
However, there are other small estates built by Gowon ....those ones are in the range of 2 to 3 bedrooms and there prices are from 300 k to 500k.... |

Wow! This sounds so sweet. I'd wanted to get a two/three bedroom apartment in Gemade due to a friend's recommendation, but two things deterred me; the traffic on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway (from Oshodi to Dopemu/Iyana Ipaja) and the structures of the houses I viewed on Google map. On the day I was going there to see the agent, I realised there was so much traffic on the side of the road for those coming out of the town. So, I had to turn back and told the agent I wasn't interested in the area again. Didn't see myself driving through that traffic to go to Ikeja or Victoria Island for work. What's the average rate for a two bedroom in this your area? greggng: Just close to gemade near the dominion cathedral redeem church...I have lived here for 8years...the challenges here is getting a mini flat...all the elite here built mansion and duplex...if you are lucky to get self contain here you won't wanna leave again. Infact a lady friend who came to visit me took a step of Faith by visiting one of the landlord's and suggested she gives him money to build just a room self for her....like magic the man accepted...the lady leave there till she got married and moved to USA with the husband. The next day someone took the place. We have underground sewage system, well tarred rood street light and fantastic security ...to cap it all 20 hours light...I think I am in paradise....that is why i hardly offend my land lady |

Just some thoughts before you proceed on this search. 1. Fiverr, just like any other venture, is not an assured source of revenue. I'm quite sure you're not a Top-Rated Seller there with over 5 years consistency of $500 minimum per month. Possibly, I'm wrong. If not, then rethink and put this move on hold. 2. Where do you currently reside and are there existential challenges to your continued abode there? If not, continue to stay, work and earn more from there. You can lay-low, earn more and launch out in a bigger way. Except you're way overaged and your current residence isn't accommodating any longer, please calm down. The burden and responsibilities of staying alone with an unassured, unstable single income stream aren't palatable. 3. Have you thought of diversifying your earning capacities from Fiverr to other freelancing platforms? 4. Do you have an offline business or earning capability at the moment, such that should anything happen to your online streams you can fall back to something in the physical? 5. As you know, nothing is stable in Nigeria and the response time to social anomalies is forever in Nigeria. So, what happens if two weeks after you've relocated to a supposed 'constant electricity area' there's a fault with their supply? Would you relocate elsewhere or what? You need a backup plan. The standard rule of rent payment is that your two months earnings (max. three months) should be able to cater to your rent. Anything above this depicts trouble. Also, you'd need almost times three of the cost of getting the apartment to get it furnished and decorated for habitation. So, consider the end before the beginning. Don't be in a haste to start what you can't easily sustain. Your 70K budget depicts you're not financially buoyant to finance this adventure. I wish you all the best! Flipmac: Good day guys, I work online as a freelancer on fiverr. I'm currently seeking a cheap town or place in Nigeria that I can get good supply of electricity (at least $12 hours or more). This is to enable me do online jobs and cut cost of buying petrol. I would prefer somewhere cheap where I can get a decent self contain accommodation for around 70k. Also, I would like a place that has good security.
There's an old thread similar to this opened by a freelancer a few years ago but sadly I can't find it.
Please give me suggestions. I hear oshogbo is good choice.
Any other suggestions? Be as specific as possible. Thanks. |

[s]What’s the minimum withdrawal amount from Payoneer to a dorm account?[/s] beautycrush24: Lies from the pit of hell. Dear OP please walk into a GTbank and open a dom account.
Exchangers discouraged me from doing this till I got tired of them and decided to take d bull by the horn.
Payoneer will charge you $15 (flat rate) to withdraw to your bank account and GTbank charges 0.02% not $50 like this oga is claiming.
And no, u don't need $100 to open a dom account either.
