It is good and bad in a way. Good in the sense that it may trigger growth and development of industries in a bid to avoid the stress and charges placed on products if they are imported versus if the are produced from within. But if the people can not produce these goods due to lack of knowledge, facilities or some other faulty logistics, then there would be a hole in price and the locals would have to pay more for those imported products.

My point is, if a woman is supposed to endure and stay while fasting and praying for her husband who constantly bruises her ego, and encourage her not to do anything irrational but focus on her kids, why then are we looking to share the blame when a man's ego is bruised and he lashes out? If women start also going violent on their men for bruised ego sake, how many people would be left on earth? Or you think women don't have ego and pride that gets bruised? I never said men are not abused, the point is, when a man does the damage, people start wondering if the man alone should be blamed for his action. But if a woman lashes out and does the damage, people do not stop to ask if she alone should be blamed or not. They instantly blame her for the problem. I don't get that part. When they say domestic abuse, the abuser always feels someone has wronged Him/her but the question you should ask yourself is, was he/she trully wronged or is it just the ego feeling wronged.

If women start pouring hot water on every cheating or abusive husband, would we say the women are not entirely to blame?
So if you look at the photo of a man with burnt private part in hospital bed and say..... What ever he did, she should not have done this type of evil to him na. No matter what, why did she not just leave?
Then when next you look at a woman in a casket, a woman with swollen face or with bursted lips, you should not ask if the man alone is to blame. Just as you did not ask if the wife alone should be blamed when you saw the photo of that cheating or abusive husband with burns in a hospital bed. The same self control you expect a woman being bullied by her home to have for her husband, is the same you should expect a man to have for his wife even if she was bullying him. This story actually reminds me of a girl that used to rent a room at my sister's house. She graduated one December, went home for the holidays & died on the 2nd week of January. The story we heard from her brother is that she went to town on the afternoon & got a call to come for a job interview on a specific date. She got home, found her mom sitting with a neighbour outside & she excitedly shared the news with them. Later that evening they say she complained of a headache. They sent the brother to go buy her Grandpa (a headache powdery substance). The brother said when he returned, she was much worse & was hallucinating. They called the ambulance, but sadly she died on the way to hospital. The postmortem results came back saying a vein in her head ruptured. What a coincidence for her to have a ruptured vein on the day she got that fateful call

If these photos were not taken and this woman came to NL to complain, many boys here would have shut her down, tell her to go fix her home, beg the man and be submissive because the man owns her now according to the only chapter they manage to memorize from their religious books.

Go back and read my comments, I clearly did. But he the victim claiming to be the "I don't slap women type" plus considering his career and position, should have done things the right and legal way. Today it's that woman, tomorrow it may be you that offends(Yeah you may not slap him, but you may innocently step on his toes) him or someone like him and you will be treated the same way. If we ignore a wandering lion because it killed the neighbours child who insulted you yesterday, one day it will attack your own child. My complain is not in favour of the foolish act the woman displayed in that story but the trending gross abuse of power among our officers who should lead by example. It is sad to see people support him because a wild woman is involved here. Women alone don't have monopoly to being rude. Male drivers get rude too. But it's okay, only women being rude is the problem.
