aribisala0: I can see you have no rsponse and wish to change subject otherwise you won't be asking if the US built the bridge . What are we asking and what are you saying
Name one Chinese Technology of the last 30 years or product just as we know the US for Intel, for Boeing for Countless drugs We know the Swiss for medicines We know the Germans for Siemens and their turbines . The Chinese are not really known for any modern technology or invention Your question wasn't clear so I was trying to get exactly what you were referring to. First of all you need to realize that China just started their journey about 40 years ago. The U.S has been an active player since the early 1900s. You can't expect China to dominate the market the U.S has been dominating for a long while before China decided to start competing in these areas. But the truth is that whatever the U.S is currently doing technologically China is pursuing the same thing as well. Whatever field of science and technology, China is currently an active player today. The reason we don't hear about Chinese version of Intel, Boeing etc is because these American engineering firms have been established long before China's own versions and are still widely dominating the world market. |

amanikondo: It seems you had half baked education. Did the US steal the Gernan Scientists or put knife to his neck?
Lol.America that was supporting the British with arms in World War 2 did not have money?
America that rebuilt Germany and Japan after World War 2 did not have money?
Thunder fire your history teacher. You didn't understand the sentence you read. I said the UK transferred their technology to America because the UK didn't have the resources to develop them during world war 2. I didn't say the U.S had no money. Of course the U.S stole German technology through the scientists they took in. |

aribisala0: Name one thing ad you are telling me parables
JUST ONE thing that is Chinese that the World knows
Nigeria manufactures Coca Cola that does not make it Nigerian
Manufacruring a thing and Engineering a thing are different things. IPhones are manufactured in Shenzhen China but Engineered in America You mean naming Chinese products or naming Chinese inventions? There are numerous Chinese research centers and engineering firms engineering their own indigenous products. Just like the bridge in this thread was engineered by China. Or are you saying the U.S engineered the bridge for them? Like I said before, America still dominates the market in these fields that's why you don't hear those coming from China |

amanikondo: China 2025 . They could not do it alone. They had to steal Intellectual Properties of both the US and Europe.
They could not even build commercial wide body plane. Also, read about the China drugs that can cause cancer that were ship to some African countries including Nigeria. This was even suppressed in China media. Even the U.S stole technology to get to where they are now. The U.S took in German scientists after world war 2. The U.K had to give America all their tech innovations cos they didn't have the money to develop them during world war 2. The U.S is even currently stealing Chinese advances in quantum technology. |

aribisala0: You do not need to listen to western meda what are the most important Chinese engineered products that we buy compared tp
Intel processors Boeing Airbus Engines Rolls Royce Cummins
Any major medicine or vaccine developed in China recently??
They are very good at copying but one struggles to think of any major Chinese breakthrough or brand]]
Huawei comes to mind but they are just a manufacturer of other people's technology China manufactures processors and recently started manufacturing civilian aircrafts which are still undergoing tests. They also make advances in medicine too but all these are still low-key because America has been dominating these fields for many years. The fact that you don't hear about those Chinese advances doesn't mean nothing is happening behind the scenes. |

Decypher: You're a fool for spitting this sh!t . which economy are you talking about or are you high. China is no where near US in economy. When it comes to Tech and advanced Warfare the US is 10x ahead of China. The western media is very influential and we all listen to the western media a lot. Whatever they tell us is what we take as the truth. The western media will always say Americans are 1000 times ahead and we all believe them. In my opinion I think the U.S is ahead of China but I don't think the Chinese are that far behind as the western media says. |

OfficialAPCNig: Sorry, we are not just hiring skills.
In fact, skills make up just 60% of what we are looking for.
We look at character and one way to approximate the type of person you are (serious or unserious, professional or unprofessional) without meeting you is by looking at your email.
Don't forget we ain't begging you. There are others that would gladly take your place.
If you think you have skills, there are much more people better than you.
We don't just need your skills, we need a total human being. So you think when someone uses an email address that fits your spec that automatically makes him "a complete human being". It becomes proof he or she is a responsible person? You are funny. If you think there are many skilled people out there to choose from you must be joking. There are people at the apex position of skill level. They are the best out there and you can't find anything better. Lionel Messi for instance is currently seen as the best footballer. So if Messi uses an email address that didn't fit your spec you will leave him and hire an inferior footballer who used your email spec? This partly explains why Nigeria doesn't provide excellent services in many areas. The best people are not hired due to one silly reason or the other. The reason you are saying all this is only because of the high unemployment rate in the country. Assuming there is shortage of labour all these your email specs wouldn't matter to you anymore. |

I only forgive numbers if I believe that name had be taken and the number should just be 2 and since you are using dot in your address you don't need numbers again. It makes it cluttered.
Akim.thomas@gmail.com Akimthomas45@gmail.com You are not serious. Are you hiring email address or you hiring skills? So if you see a skilled person for the job you will discard him because of email address? |

frowland: Its not about decrypt or encrypt, its about data collection BEFORE its encrypted and transported (..and that depends on the point it was encrypted - server or browser?), and yes, why can't TLS encryption be decrypted. Encryption is just to make the job of penetration harder not totally to prevent it. SSL does it's job as it says. Whatever means used to circumvent it as long as it isn't a loophole doesn't make it unreliable. It's left for you to guard against other security threats that bypasses the intended use of SSL. |

Horus: I agree with you, Population isn't the problem. When we look at the numbers, Africa is underpopulated. We have 20% of the world's landmass and 13% of its population.” Who told you overpopulation is about numbers? That's an ignorant perception. Overpopulation is all about having the means to care for the existing population. Even if Africa's population is only 1000 people as long as those 1000 can't care for themselves it also overpopulation. |

At the risk of sounding immodest, I am Igbo and more educated than you can ever be. Education is not having piles of degrees. Health › Re: Necessity Of Birth Control, Family Planning In Nigeria by Delivar(m): 8:58pm On Jul 24, 2018 |
Horus: No Nigeria is not overpopulated, far from it. We have to look at the population density of Nigeria, ( people per square mile ). The population density of Europe is higher than in Nigeria, (more people per square mile than Nigeria), so in fact Europe is overpopulated and Europeans are not complaining about it. We have to create more jobs for the youngs and build more skyscrapers in Nigerian cities. Overpopulation is not entirely about population density. It is also about the available resources being enough to care for the existing population. If Europe has a high population density but their resources sustains the population then they are not actually overpopulated. |

Partnerbiz: Population isn't the problem
Singapore doubled it's population and still doing well.
India had 500 million people about 40 years ago and experienced famine.
Today with over 1 billion people, India is exporting food and has good economy.
What about the US? 325 million in population but throwing away food etc and is arguably the most powerful nation of the world Not every country can have a big economy like the U.S and Singapore to care for a large population. In the case of Nigeria we don't have a big economy and the government doesn't perform well enough to grow our economy. The wise thing to do is to reduce our population growth if we can't grow our economy. Are you suggesting we should keep procreating recklessly with a bad economy? You mentioned about India. Do you how many millions in India are living in abject poverty? |
