Christianity EtcRe: Is Church Wedding Biblical - Joe Champion by delkuf(m): 3:48pm On Sep 08, 2023
Kobojunkie:
The instances you read of in your bible are linked to specific cultures and traditions of the people involved, right? That Jesus Christ was invited to a wedding were he made wine from water, is not the same as Jesus Christ recommending weddings and all. So, unless Jesus Christ specifically said you are to adopt a particular people's culture or traditions in the same bible, I don't believe it is sane to conclude that the mention of weddings has to do with Jesus Christ Himself. undecided

That said, what Jesus Christ is recorded to have said is instead that your marriages are of the world of men and not of the Kingdom of God - Luke 20 vs 34-36 in recognition of God's curse against marriage and childbearing in Genesis 3 vs 16. God literally washed His hands off those two issues, leaving it up to men to decide for themselves as they see fit. undecided
The culture and traditions of people in the bible. And the fact that if the Lord Jesus Christ, whom we all look up attended a wedding that means church weddings is biblical
Christianity EtcRe: The 5 Real Reasons The Lame Man Peter Healed, Danced Like Never Before! by delkuf(m): 4:03pm On Sep 07, 2023
Kobojunkie:
You Christians are known to hyperfocus on the wrong things. undecided

Of course, a lame man healed even in your hospitals today would dance with his newfound freedom to move and shake and all. There is no question about that. However, all these assumptions you make here of the lame man healed by Peter are just that, assumptions. For all you and I know, that men never believed in God and probably died without God. So for you to concoct these stories of his person reveals you are deep in the delusion that is the religion of men — a system of doctrines and traditions built on lies to create nothing but more lies all while hiding behind the many mentions of the name of God, and Jesus Christ. undecided
did Peter heal the lame man. Yes or no

I like this statement from NURTW. Strike is not the solution but dialogue.

NLC is an ethnic union acting a script from the SE .

There is hardship which will not last longer and NLC wants to worsen it.

I condemn the strike, I condemn it I condemn it. I condemn it.

The strike will never hold as we the patriotic Nigerian youths will chase NLC out of the roads should they match round the roads.

We are waiting
then what is the solution. The federal government does attend meetings, how will labour dialogue with them. let them strike. That is the only way the labour can get the federal government to talk.

Lol.

This is exactly what I’m saying.

Rotation means leaving out important players in your starting 11 due to fatigue or as a caution against injury. But you can’t do that without sorting out your best 11 first.

Eriksen shouldn’t be part of the best 11.

We’ll probably utilize different tactics for different team levels. Eriksen might feature against teams we’ll possess and dominate. He’s a defensive liability
ok. But ten hang is stubborn. Let see what he would do today. He should just start hojlund today

Leyqute:
There’s no need for rotation at this point in the season. It’s about getting your tactics right and picking your best 11.

Rotation comes in when you start playing midweek games.
what do mean no rotation. You want to start that midfield that let in two before the fifth minutes. This is not rotation, this is starting your best 11. Erickson shouldn't start if we want to win today. Atleast, start mctomin with case.

How many has been done since May 29th?

if Buhari can't achieve all those listed in 8 years.... tinubu can't achieve it in another 8 years. cos they are same or Buhari was even more better.

check back this post in 6 years to come from now.
you are using a state to compare a country. And mind tinubu don't have ministers in place to do any project. The minister were just sworn in last month.
Am not defending tinubu but no one could achieve those things you mentioned under three months.
PoliticsRe: FG To Meet Labour On Monday, NLC Presses Ahead With Tuesday Strike by delkuf(m): 9:00am On Sep 03, 2023
LUGBE:
FG is evil , they rule with deceit, lies and steal.

If NLC fail this time from shutting down then i will not take them serious anymore.

You can imagine, they run to media to curry sympathy in the name of audio meeting then behind the scene they dont. That is how criminals behave.

The main reason NLC Must embark on strike immediately are
1. Oshiomhole said at National TV that by june ending workers must be paid the palliatives, the FG did not issue disclaimer and they reneged and failed.

2. Tinubu said August first week that workers must be paid palliatives while living wage will take effect January and he has failed. So strike all the way.

My concern is still reason for the monies he realeased to National Assembly and Judiciary. What exactly are they for?
did tinubu said by August first week he would give workers pallaitive and by January he will pay living wage. Please can I have the link

The management of the country's finances after the subsidy removal was completely wrong.

Instead of fake palliatives, I would have created the following :

Disbursement of buses across the entire state to cushion the effects of inflation on cost of movements.

Disbursement of tractors across the entire country in such a way that each state would have atleast 1,000 - 3,000. Tractors

Immediate development of modular refineries across at least six states first to create jobs and to boost local production

Total removal of custom duties and tax returns on all food production machinery and companies to foster cheaper food production

Subsidized fertilizer costs so fertilizer prices gets crashed by atleast 50%
you are right. But he is human bound to make mistake. I can't believe am saying this about president tinubu
PoliticsRe: FG To Meet Labour On Monday, NLC Presses Ahead With Tuesday Strike by delkuf(m): 5:32am On Sep 03, 2023
If NLC what Nigeria to take the serious, go to strike on Tuesday, continue on the strike until the federal government grant what they want
PoliticsTinubu 100 Days In Office, What Will You Have Done Differently by delkuf(op): 5:13am On Sep 03, 2023
Let's be sincere this guy herited a bad government. Things have been bad from the 8 years of buhari's government. It won't take 100 days In office to fixed it. Even Peter obi won't have done differently.

But president tinubu has not done enough. I believe he should have open the border for food. Nigeria cannot grow his own food. I read somewhere that because of the high order of rice by the federal and state governments, there is sarcity of rice that is why there is spike in the sales of rice. So Nigeria cannot grow his own food. So open the border of food. Let there be importation of food.
Another area I think tinubu is failing woefully, is the sharing of pallaitive. Why would tinubu in his mind be give states truck load of rice. And he known the type of corrupt country Nigeria is. Atleast president tinubu was around during the COVID-19 pandemic, when state governments where hoarding food stuff met for the distribution to the masses. And he is still making such mistake. The masses will not get this pallaitive. And they will be saying that he has not done anything. Why not great a card to be distributed to the masses. And with that card, the masses can money in some certain range. So that they can use that money to buy what they want to buy.
Then, president tinubu has not done well handling the issue of the minimum wage and what labour are asking for. He is too silent in this matter. By now, he should have done a press conference by himself. Make public what he want. Labour give me three or six months, I will increase the minimum wage. But nobody knows his plan. Even labour that is dealing directly with the federal government doesn't know his plans. Tinubu should be open and plain.

So I believe there won't have been much difference if another person is in power. What your take

What do expect a president of 100 days to do? Wave a magic wand. And turn Nigeria to Singapore and Qatar.
Even if he did not turn Nigeria to Singapore or Qatar, what are his policies that you think will benefit the masses. You can subsidy removal because I know that will the number one

you are not the one to tell us

let's see the indices,

how many jobs has been created so far?
How many kilometres federal roads has been built?
how has insecurity decreased?
How has the Naira appreciated? cos a weak and under performing naira is an indicator that the economy is sick.
how has the real sector of the economy fair so far. are they under threat? cos they are the livewire of the economy not the money sector.

You have removed subsidy, how much has been saved so far? and what are the plans to use those money saved to build refineries. we don't want rehabilitation of scrap.
war torn Libya today... a litter of fuel is 0.31 $ which is 235 naira. they have a strong currency.
let's be sincere, he cannot achieve all this in 100 days.
I didn't vote for tinubu
