I guess what you mean is to attest your certificates which is usually required by companies and schools abroad. You can do this at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Front Page (FP) is similar to the headline of a newspapers., time may not permit viewers to visit all the sections in Nairaland (NL) that is why moderators are to select captivating topics to fill FP.

I had no problem with OP, I actually read in a particular thread where ppl said almost all topics OP creates make FP,.. I investigated and find out its true... this topic (two more topics) was posted by OP at about 11:05pm and they all made FP within time frame of 10:30pm to 11:10pm... that means what others are saying is true

I took a little time to observe OP's topics and discovered they are all good and worth making the front page.
Besides, it shouldn't take you this much time to realise that OP's account is either ran by a News Agent or an Admin/Mod of this forum.
