MasterTeeUSA: I know how much i spend alone when I’m around …Water Juice everything they will deliver with multiple bikes if needed. Foodco foods can’t match ShopRite and their breads but due to convenience I settle for FoodCo. I am shocked ShopRite has not created an app, WhatsApp number and liase with lots of bikes on that axis.
I’ve noticed that some issues are based on how businesses are managed not necessarily the nation’s environment. I rent out of Nigeria and i don’t have owing tenants going 3+ yrs. Took over the management directly almost 2yrs now and I’ve been less stressed than having a useless manager that thinks he is doing you a favor. I am even thinking of a YouTube page so I can start advising people on how to reinvent their businesses Please go ahead and educate people. Management of labor and resources is a desirable skill for everyone. |
Politics › Re: Sokoto Govt Still Targeting Sultan, MURIC Raises Fresh Alarm by delpee(f): 3:03pm On Jun 26, 2024 |
The Governor and HOA members probably know a lot more than we know. I believe they would ordinarily respect him and protect his interests as the Sultan of Sokoto caliphate. Perhaps MURIC should make adequate enquiries if he's unbiasedly concerned. |
Politics › Re: Sokoto Govt Still Targeting Sultan, MURIC Raises Fresh Alarm by delpee(f): 11:12am On Jun 26, 2024 |
I wonder why this is such a big headache for the Prof and not Sokoto indigenes who have a right to protest if their governor and HOA are not doing the right thing. The governor denied having plans to undermine the Sultan anyway. |

MasterTeeUSA: ShopRite didn’t reinvent. FoodCo has an app, you can connect on WhatsApp and order for delivery same day or next day. That alone provides millions in additional revenues from folks who hate going to the store. ShopRite Ibadan has some of the best meals …they should expand that dept and add delivery services True. Foodco app was so helpful during the COVID lockdown even here in Lagos. The staff were responsive and courteous. Prompt delivery too. Yes..Shoprite meals at the Ring Rd branch are quite good. At least as at the last time I visited which is months ago. Hope the store owners/staff are reading the reviews. |

It's actually on their website if you bother to check and on the contract document you're given after payments.

Thryphosa: The National Park staff has since run away from the park for almost 2 years now. Things dey happen for Naija. I am giving you first hand information cos I live there. Which suggests that the government is aware of their presence. They need to act before they set up a big terrorist camp there to recruit the indigenes like it happened with ISWAP in Borno. Kainji isn't so far from Ilorin and the SW. K That's killing tourism potential in the region. |

Exceptional300: There’s this girl I have been dating for a couple of months now, we are planning on settling down soon. She was diagnosed with PCOS couple of years ago before I met her, had a surgery and one of her ovaries were removed. Though she still ovulates and sees her period, I am kind of worried if there will be any issues in the future. My parents doesn’t know about her surgery yet. Should I tell them about it? You and the lady should be talking to a gynaecologist not your parents at this point in time. What do you expect them to say from a layman's point of view? Except if you want to use them as an excuse to break up your relationship. All depends on your feelings and plans for her. |

Politics › Re: Onanuga, O'tega Criticse Aisha Yesufu Over False Claims On Tinubu And Ramaphosa by delpee(f): 9:51am On Jun 20, 2024 |
Bitterness is a poison that is taken by the ignorant in the hope that the perceived enemy disappears. She and her raucous supporters should continue harbouring bitterness, if they believe that it's good for their body and soul.
The only business I have with the President at this point in time is to wish him well, and pray that God guides him to do all that is required to lift this nation and the people. The Bible expects that we should pray for our leaders, that we may have peace and progress in the land. All curses have a negative impact. Constructive criticism is wise. |

AK481: Good for dangote ,a businessman but what of for Nigerians? Dangote got fx pegged at official rate by emefiele throughout the construction of the refinery.
Now he is selling straight abroad neglecting we that subsidised his FX, some will claim that his hands are tied because of subsidy and that he too buys crude abroad , that's a point but it still don't make sense to me as a Nigerian that needs cheap energy to run my factory and keep people employed.
It's a failure of government, remember one of the recurring decimal while building this is the positive impact it will have on Nigerians, where is that argument today?
This is a failure of leadership, we were told that they will buy crude in naira at a fine rate and sell back to us in Naira , we are waiting .
There is a reason why Nigeria pay highest for pms among all Africa oil producing countries The type of fuel sent to Singapore is not the petrol that we use. Read the post again. |

This is enough to make the present leaders sit up and earn respect. Changing our conduct/character and how we react to issues in Nigeria will fix Nigeria's problems by 60%.

1993 was indeed a tough year in Lagos especially. Like a war zone atimes and in some areas. I remember walking alone along Broad St one day with only Mobile Poiicemen in sight. I was a bit scared but needed to get to the bank where I had arranged with someone to get some cash. There was little or no food at home. No gas. Needed to buy coal or try Abacha stove. 😥
Terrible times indeed! We have liberty and the opportunity of free speech today because our people were resilient in the battle. God rest Chief Frank Kokoris soul in perfect peace. I'm happy to have met him once and had the privilege to listen to the inner workings of NADECO. Also late Chief Ezeife.
Glad that I'm still standing here today... |
