Gift Monday dey on fire this season! 9 goals and 3 assists in 16 matches no be beans. I hope say she go carry this form enter Super Falcons. Meanwhile, Rofiat start for Arsenal against London City; good to see our zebet girls dey get play time for big clubs. Plus, Deborah Abiodun don move to Dallas Trinity from Washington Spirit; I dey wish her all the best for her new club.
Rofiat Imuran starts for London City Lionesses be Arsenal not the other way round.. By the way Imuran has literally worked her way into the starting lineup, hope she continues to start and play full game to develop to the level needed as we still need a good and exciting Left Back..

Comfort Erhabor has been recalled from her loan spell with Plymouth Argyle and have now join Championship side Portsmouth until the end of the season. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The 19-year-old goalkeeper played six games during her time with Argyle.

Brighton Women's under-19 head coach Dani Bowman said, "I'd like to thank Plymouth, who have helped Comfort's development, and this is another great opportunity for her to get first-team experience in a senior environment.
"She will link up with her Albion teammate Hannah Poulter and we hope she can continue her growth with Portsmouth for the remainder of the season.”
Erhabor signed her first professional contract in January 2024 before spending the rest of last season on loan with Scottish Women’s Premier League side Hibernian.

Another one bites the dust.
Thanks to the abject stupidity of the NFF and the riff-raffs they put in as decision makers.
They obviously never reached out to her and when that dummy Magudu had a chance to invite her for the friendlies against Algeria and France, he preferred to invite nobodies who offer no value to the SF instead.
What a bunch of morons!
Like do you get, they don’t even know how to take advantage of players form..! Even she’s going to a starter now you can as well get her 🧢 tied till she’s ready especially when the potentials are very obvious..

I just hope Sam Ahmadu interviews with Edna wasn’t in vain.. If they don’t call her this window the NFF and Madugu will have the media to contend with as they’re only ready to Market their players using the National team..

EDNA IMADE KNOCKS ON THE DOOR OF THE SPANISH NATIONAL TEAM

Rumors are flying in that Spain Coach will be including her in their Upcoming roster..

If Spain grab this girl i go vex, but playing in front of Alexia, Aitana and Patri will be a thing of joy for her as she will be well feed as their top9. Salma hasn’t done much from that position for Spain.

To play to someone's strength na wahala. Anyway 9 don dey choke but she's a senior player in this team now. She should be getting that spot.
With the coming in of Edna Imade is gonna be more choked ahbi Choker😂😂

The good thing is almost all of them can play from the Flanks.

Esther Okoronkwo is there also, but i think she’s okay from the flank as she’s the most skillful among the forwards we have now.. She’s also very underrated as she can play ( 9, False 9, Left and Right Wing) with her dangerous Left Foot.

Monday isn’t a Senior player yet.. She has been around the team for a while now.!

Osinachi Ohale
Asisat Oshoala
Halimatu Ayinde are the senior players in the team with the current squad. Nnadozie, Ajibade, Okeke, Kanu and Monday then follows..!

That’s if Madugu play her as no.9 because that’s where she plays for Tenerife..

With Oshoala and Onumonu availability she will be drifted to the wing as usual..

Unlike men's football, the salary structure for women's football isn't publicly available sadly, so it becomes difficult to draw comparisons with specificity. This I believe is largely due to the poor wage women footballers receive across the world.

Information available via CBA's (for leagues that have one), however helps to make inferences and draw conclusions. In the NWSL, the average salary is $65k while the minimum is $36k. While Oshoala's salary isn't public information, you can infer from the CBA and her status that she should earns around $120-150k. So players who typically do not have Oshoala's star power to leverage on will significantly less.

We also don't have public information of what the wage structure is in Saudi Arabia, and we also don't have a CBA to leverage on. We however know the price money for winners of the league is 4x more than what the winners of the WSL in England gets. You also don't pay tax on your salary which is great for players looking to retire.
There’s one SuperFalcons player that was offered $10,000 monthly in Saudi Arabia but already signed for a Turkish Club few days before the deal came up…

A former U20 international currently earns 3500$ monthly in Saudi D2 league!.. Imagine a D2 club in Europe won’t pay you this amount except you in England and for Madam Kang Club!

Can you share figures of what the pay is like comparative to Europe, USA, China?
In all, if you want to earn good wages go to USA, England, Mexico, China, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Russia, The Big clubs in Turkey, and then the big clubs in Europe (Especially Champions League Playing Clubs).

Right now for the Canadian League Players in the new Northern Super League will earn at least $50,000 annually which is around 4k+ 💵 monthly

You can’t compare Europa Salaries to USA, China, Saudi Arabia and maybe Mexico.. If you ain’t playing for the big teams in Europe then forget it they pay is small..

But Russia pays well, some of the big names there earn up to €10,000 monthly, In Turkey those big clubs like Fenerbahce, Galatasary, AlG Spors, Besiktes pay €5000 minimum for National Team players and some of your SuperFalcons players in that league earn more than that monthly( Anyways i can’t state their actual figures)…

For Poland the Salary is from €1500 and above depending on how good you are which I’m aware of, Leagues like Albania, Belarus, Lithuania, Kazakhstan still pays btw 800-1000k euros monthly.. The girls don’t earn as it seems.

Go and check while all the talented players have left Sweden in recent years, is because of the pay, if not the standard of play is very okay but the okay is nothing to write home about for a big league like that..

There are decent Centerbacks in the pipeline who can be groomed:

* Ashleigh Plumptre
* Tosin Demehin
* Christy Ucheibe
* Chidinma Okeke
* Maureen Umeh
* Isah Sikiratu
* Shukura Oladipupo

Not to mention a few others not mentioned here.
More than enough candidates to tide Nigeria over the next 5 - 6 years.
Christy Ucheibe should be left alone in her Midfield position…

No big prospect like the middle currently
Chidinma Okeke can as well slot in at CB but we need a like for like replacement for Ohale.

Maureen Umeh the biggest prospects eyes have been on for a while seems not to be ready for the big stage yet as she hasn’t made the big move yet.!

The fair lady Isah from Nasarawa Amazons looks cool as well.

Right Back shouldn’t pose much problem with Nicole Payne and Miracle Usani on the rise…!

The main worries should be on the Left Back position and good Back Up for Chiamaka Nnadozie.

Favour is very likely going to be the next big player out of Nigeria. Solid midfielder and absolutely delighted for her.
An SF midfield of JOE, Abiodun and Favour will be real exciting to watch.
Hopefully, the clowns at the NFF will get a coach that will really nurture build these ladies into world class midfield that will rule Africa and hopefully the world. First step is getting rid of the imposter called Magudu and appointing a coach that knows what the heck to do.
The Midfield is growing, gradually Ayinde might start thinking about how to play her way to retirement from the team in few years time especially now that series of injuries have been disturbing her, her experience is still needed though!

1• Halimatu Ayinde 29yrs🇸🇪
2• Christy Ucheibe 24yrs🇵🇹
3• Deborah Abiodun 21yrs🇺🇸
4• Favour Emmanuel 22yrs🇺🇸
5• Toni Payne 29yrs🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
6• Onyi Echegini 23yrs🇫🇷
7• Esther Onyenezide 21yrs🇮🇱

There are other talents as well especially that Celine Ottah under Randy Waldrum right now, we’re keep an eye on her as she develops..!

Like we need a Real Coach… I just hope the slim lose to France they celebrated isn’t deceiving them because that’s the yardstick they’re using..

SuperFalcons need a Proper Coach! Some of the players complained after the Friendly Game but we can’t make it public here.. Using a Single DM have never been our style from onset.
