If Glory Ogbonna had the type of tournament Shukurat had, we wouldn't hear word on the thread. No way on earth was she better than Comfort
Everyone here knows that she’s was our best Defender at the U20 level and one of the best player in the team but yes she didn’t have a good World Cup but she still played better than Comfort in my book..!

U didn't say this when she didn't make a weaker team in the Falconets. If Mary Aderemi with world cup and Champions League experience didn't make the team, u guys should be calming down.
I just want to inform you that Mary Aderemi is injured, just confirmed from Molat Sport…!📌

The league still not top 30 in the world .
Of course they’re not, but again that doesn’t stop a Player who had an excellent performance there from making the SuperFalcons Roster..

The Investment that League is getting is just at the highest levels, But most of these Big names will still turn down their huge Salaries….

I would love to see Asisat Oshoala move there for retirement Plan…. At least $1M-$2M annual salary can tempt her there. She don still chop China Money b4 sef..

How Old is Taiwo Afolabi really? 15 in 2022. 17 now. She's a baller o.
She will be 17 after the U17 World Cup…!

Comfort Folorunsho was the best defender for us at that tournament and we should see more of her at the CAF Women's Champions League with Edo.
Non of the Defenders at the U20 showed that they’re good enough to get a spot on the roaster at all…

Shukurat was showing Potentials but when she got to the World Cup she didn’t perform to expectations but again with what I saw at the U20 World Cup, I will pick her ahead of Comfort💯

I Never Thought Of Representing Nigeria... Now I See The Possibility - Brooke Nunn🇳🇬🦅

The 31-year-old Central Coast Mariners FC ( Who Plays in the A-Women’s League Australia) Playmaker Speaks...!

“I got my Nigerian heritage from my mother, who is half Nigerian and half German,” Nunn revealed.

“But owing to the paradigm shift in recent years, which handed players outside the country who are of Nigerian descent the possibility to represent the country, has given me hope and faith that I can also have an opportunity to play for Nigeria.”

Let’s see if Super Falcons interim coach, Justin Magudu will draft Brooke Nunn into his squad ahead of the Forthcoming WAFCON.

Osi 32yrs Aging Strong and better, I just hope the National team Coaches are working on a Possible future replacement (Understudy) when the times comes… Cause Shukurat Oladipo didn’t impress me at the last U20 World Cup as expected..

Anyway I’m putting in Maureen Umeh 22yrs, Akudo Ogbonna 24yrs and Shukurat 20yrs in 3rd for now..!

Not in the least surprised. I would have been surprised had her name been included. Y'all know I am big on letting coaches the liberty go pick their roster, so won't criticize Olowoekere on this. My only issue is allowing this girl attend 2 different camps only to be let down like this. If the NFF knew she didn't have a chance (and she didn't) they should have let her go home after the u20 trials.

If you know Nigerian coaches, you'll know she didn't have a chance based on what they prioritise. We've seen it to many times at this point to be surprised.
Football isn’t about the gra gra oo, by the way Reilly isn’t even a lazy or should I say I weak player to contend with the Physical side of the African games..

If you have watched Onyi Zogg play you would know that no be by Foreign Born oo, She’s stronger than I thought at first. Imagine Zogg with that Baby face very very aggressive & Strong with her Defending.

Have you watched this girl play? Like can you tell us her best and worst attributes?
Lol 😂

The few games have seen her play she’s good enough to start for the Flamingos talk more of making the team. Na them know why them drop her sha cause there’s no way she will camp with the U20 and not improve on her game while coming down to the U17. It’s more than what you can see.!

That guy even picked 4 Midfielders only!

Simone Adebowale Dropped by Coach Bankole🤭

#Copied
Simone Adebowale Reilly honoured Nigeria's invtation to camp with the Flamingoes in preparations for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.

Everyone asked why she wasn't a part of the U-20 World Cup team and then she showed up with the U-17 girls but has now been dropped by Coach Kayode Bankole.

I thought it was a good idea to let her grow with the U-17 team and get prompted across the cadre as her maturity and game progresses but now that she has been dropped, I hope they will leave her alone when she shows up big for her country of birth.

I wish Simone Adebowale Reilly well in her future endeavours even as I hope Coach Bankole proves us wrong on his decision to drop her.

A total of 30 women coaches who began a first-ever, three-module CAF C-License coaching course in the month of July were presented with their certificates at a colourful closing ceremony in Abuja on Saturday.

Organized by the Nigeria Football Federation, the epochal coaching course saw more than a dozen former stars of the Super Falcons involved in the intensive classroom and on-field sessions that saw the coaches proceed on internship with clubs after the each of the first modules, with the third module ending with examinations at the NFF/FIFA Goal Project, MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, President of NFF, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau charged all participants not to rest on their oars and to be more proactive in their quest to effectively utilize and impact their knowledge in the immediate society. He noted that his dream is to see women coaches pulling their weight with even men’s teams across the land, with accomplishments to underscore the fact that those appointments were well-deserved

Some of the SuperFalcons Ex-internationals who just badged their CAF C Coaching License are…
Vera Okolo
Precious Dede
Joy Jegede

That’s what you get when you don’t invest in the right positions… You lost Chawinga and Baltimore and you refused to sign… Brought in a below average Coach just because he’s a former PSG player.
