Both jobs have nothing in common except your electrician is indirectly informing you that he will not be careful enough not to damage your installed POP works. POP work does not affect electrical wiring.

Thanks. Yes, the fact is that electrician may damage the pop work when doing the wiring but at the same time I don't have the required fund to do wiring now.

Please, I started POP in my BQ but the electrician is of the opinion that wires needs to go through the conduits first before pop to avoid damaging POP if it is done later. This makes sense but does it mean I must stop work on POP?
